You need to try the Ronto wraps in Star Wars Land in Hollywood Studios. They can be made gluten free and they have a lunch and breakfast option and both are incredible!
At the Yacht Club, Ale and Compass has a twelve layer chocolate cake that is GF and The Mara at Animal Kingdom Lodge has GF zebra domes. Also, Erin McKennas in Disney Springs is I believe completely vegan and GF so they have a lot of baked goods you typically don’t see! Hope this is helpful to others out there.
Super helpful! I usually cheat on my Celiac disease and go all out (not without consequence) and eat everything I want.. but I’ll be 13weeks pregnant for our very- soon Disney trip. So I need to be diligent for baby 😊🤰🏻 If I may add.. Tiffins is (always) an awesome option! They have GF churros and amazing entrees. I can’t hype them up enough. You’ll love the drinks too! (I will be skipping those this time😅) Love the intel. Keep it up girl!
For animal kingdom our favorite place to eat has been Harambe Market. Since my husband was just diagnosed with celiac we had to check if our place had gluten free options. Turns out Harambe market has A TON of gluten free options. If you like bowls with rice, lettuce and a meat option type deal then you’d like them. They serve different bowl options and my favorite is always a chicken and rice bowl with lettuce and salsa. Which they have that as gluten free.
Animal kingdom is one of my favs for gf food because I love satuli canteen. They have a chocolate mousse there that’s so good. The starbucks there creature comforts has gf donuts. My fav gluten free restaurants at Disney are Sebastian’s bistro at Caribbean beach. Regal eagle in Epcot. And satuli canteen in animal kingdom. I also love primo piatto. Also pop century is surprisingly really good for gf. They had a gf pulled pork sandwich, pizza, and gf cupcakes that were all good.
You are calling the Nomad Lounge by the incorrect name - it’s not the Tambu Lounge. The Tambu Lounge is outside Ohana in the Polynesian Resort. Also, all the waffles at WDW are from a mix.
