I am a vegetarian and was a little worried that all of the "plant-based" dishes would leave me feeling hungry...some boring beans or whatever...but I am happy to say that EVERYTHING plant-based I had during my trip was AMAZING. I ate completely vegan for the whole trip except for a couple of Mickey bars. They're definitely doing things right there.
I am both lactose intolerant and gluten sensitive, and finding food last time we went, was such a difficult thing that I am is beyond excited to have found your channel

I haven't been to WDW since December 2019 and I went vegan in March 2020. I'm amazed at how many good things there are there now! I'm excited to go back.

I also used to work in deployment for CDS for the cast and that included the cast for food and beverage and when I worked there for 7 years I would never go to Cosmics! I never liked that location. I wish Pecos would go back to the way is used to be.

You 2 together are fun! And it's Abbott and Costello " who's on first" ... totally team thunder cats! Also I never have had a bad experience at comics rays with vegan option.. though I've not ordered gluten free here.
Pro tip: take the ferry to wilderness lodge to go to whispering canyon … they honestly have a great quinoa dish with some guacamole and other veggies. An actual meal with vegetables, usually impossible to find. You can order other veggies on the side, the peppers are so good
@@VeganDisneyWorld I was pleasantly surprised… the veggie skewers at rivieras primer piato is very good too… but I’ve struggled to find more dishes like these :( any suggestions of veggie filled plates would be appreciated 🥹🥹
I love the veggie curry from Skipper Canteen, the vegan options at Sanaa and Jiko are all great too. For quick meals I like Pecos Bills rice and veggie bowl, Satu'li Canteens tofu bowl, and the Teriyaki Tofu bowl at Backlot Express.
Man, we should ask for extra sauce at Cosmic Rays! That might actually save the sandwich. The experience there is always terrible. So sorry you guys dealt with that madness.
Do you guys have a video for vegan gluten free at any of the epcot festivals? We will be at Festival of the holidays this year and I'm vegan and my husband is gluten free.
Hi! We don’t, however Gina always notes that when she does the festivals. So I recommend giving her a follow for that. Typically the Festival of the Holidays had minimal options for vegans, so chances of it being gf and vegan are very low.
I love your videos and you both make a great team! I did have one nasty vegan and gluten free burger at cosmic rays when I was last there. So I’d have to give that one two thumbs down. All the best!
