@@GrGr-uz6gj I'm not incorrect. I already knew about the Cobra song. Yes, its the snake era. But I'm talking in regards to the theme of this video. She's using the Nure-onna Snake Lady to continue that trend. Not to mention she's in Japan and the snake she transforms into isn't a Cobra this time around.
People call it Megan's concept but she's working with a japanese team on these projects, including the *rapper she's collabs with. So they definitely have their input in these visuals.
They don’t even get she’s telling the Japanese folklore story of the nure onna ( snake lady legend ) in the music video and also including the yakuza gang in the MV & then nods to rush hour 2 and then dreams ( 1990 ) dead soldiers platoons ( cus those men were her victims )
Everytime I watch the video some more concept; she bit that guy, and Yuki paint these guys blue, she like a snake queen? those guys then march with her. Yuki, is a cute guy, and I lovvvvve Megan ❤🔥🔥🔥🔥

In Akira Kurosawa’s 1990 film, "Dreams," there's a platoon of dead soldiers whose faces are painted blue. The final scene is a refernce to that film.
I was thinking the blue faces were a Kabuki reference
