The Moodies and Justin Hayward has been my absolute favorite since 1967. There is no other even remotely comparable to the voice of Justin Hayward. My sincerest condolences on the loss of Ray and Graeme. It's truly a great loss.

This song was a track I favoured and sang it to myself especially when I felt down and reversed the words to I wont leave you now...and to my children, I will never leave you...Justin looks incredible in this video, the suit, the hair is wow! Oh, man! I had not heard this arrangement before. Clifford T. Ward wrote it back in 1982, and the Ozark Mountain Daredevils' Larry Lee recorded it on his solo LP, "Marooned". I played it on radio, hoping against hope someone would return. Didn't happen. Justin's rendition of this little gem is excellent. Thanks for putting it up.
Justin I didnt say before in my last comment that I liked your version of this song much better than Clifford T Ward the writer and original singer, as it contains more emotion in your version and you have a better voice than he has. TBH I never heard this song by him and thought it was your song when I first heard it on Moving Mountains album, but since finding out it wasnt your song and listening to the original I thought yours was the much better one, you somehow conveyed the song in a more melodious fashion than he did...with great emotion, love it sung by you and its a great cover of this song. 💕
