Hey, thank you for your question. If this is your case, you need to include the hip mobility before the squats, as a warm-up routine. Additionally, you can improve hip mobility if you add 1 or 2 times a week dedicated mobility training as part of your plan. Some form of joint mobility should be done daily if you want to see quicker results. If not, at least add it to your squats prep. Give a go and let me know how it works for you, please.
