What a great video addressing a widespread issue within Christianity and society. We have gay "Christian" friends who simply say, 'this is how God made me so it can't be wrong'...blaming God for their sinful behavior. My outlook may be overly simplistic but I believe that all sin originates with desire. The fall of man was the result of desire...'The woman saw that the tree was good for food and delightful to look at, and that it was desirable for obtaining wisdom. So she took some of its fruit and ate it; she also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it.' Genesis 3:6. Notwithstanding Satan's tempting of Eve, it was her desire to be like God that ultimately caused her to disobey God.
Victory in Jesus is absolutely possible. I testify clearly that the Christian can live free from sin and sinful habits and behavior. I was bound by sin .I was bound by sinful desires I experienced years of struggle. The fact is simply that when I truly opened my heart up to the Lord confessed my constant struggles and failures and defeats and told the Lord I honestly wanted Him to cleanse my heart and mind from sin and sinful desires that His grace penetrated me completely and made me free indeed. .. on some occasions I still deal with temptation however I am absolutely not mastered by sin sinful desires or anything else. I truly have victory in Christ. And I truly have something to praise God for everyday. Please know that no one is beyond the mercy and grace of God Please read Hebrews 4.12.....16!!! God has total victory for you. SURRENDER. ABSOLUTE Surrender!!!!! 💯
Sin is not about morality ! Sin is to be ignorant of truth! To miss the mark, to miss your aim, to fall short! It is a symbol of you not believing! Jesus means desire! God is salvation is what it means! Are you poor? Then believe you are not! Do you hate? God calls the things unseen as though they were! Sin does not mean oooh I drink alcohol I better not! If it causes you to suffer than it is sin, you are falling short! It’s that simple, even a child can understand! But if you have never drunk then are you better? No! Do you see?
I have friends that are gay and I pray for them constantly. When we talk about the differences of attraction, desire and temptation, I remember Jesus's words, "The thought is as bad as the action." "For as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he."
Whenever I have an urge to do something I decide if it's good for me and not harmful to others. Sometimes my urge to help others at my own expense comes into play also. That's about it.

Why David cried out "create in me a clean heart O God, renew a right spirit within me". God told Cain, "And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it.” Unless we see our OWN desires, whatever they look like, same sex, hate, substances, envy, as coming from our own hearts, then the enemy keeps us justifying and defending them.
Decisions for Desires happen in the Mind. If I Memorize Scripture then I have weapons to fight ungodly desires. 1 Cor 10:13 ; Roman's 12:2 ; John 17:17.
So what do we as Christians do with the actual DESIRE/LUST for the same sex/gender? How do we properly crucify the old man (gay, lesbian, bisexual, etc.) and take up more of the new man given to us through salvation in Jesus Christ alone?

I have a question over a month and a half I have been praying to God to please help me win the lottery I'm broke and have nothing and so I want to use that money to not only escape this Godless country but also really just start my life over and just make something of my life because most of it has been more than meaningless ( I have to say I don't believe in the Prosperity Gospel or what false prophets preached like Joel Osteen does I don't believe any of that) I'm just really asking God to help me get out of this country America to escape this country economic turmoil and failure in just have enough money to just leave this country and live my life I am autistic And live with my parents which I absolutely hate and I mentally curse myself a lot for my failures and mistakes and the things I should have done which if I made the right choices I wouldn't be in this position in my life
I have autism too, but I live independently. It's hard having autism sometimes. Stay strong. If it's God's will, it will happen, but if not, he will give you the strength to endure. He doesn't always give us what we want. And earthly happiness is not his will for everyone. People in filthy prisons in other parts of the world aren't really happy, and the apostles lived some of the toughest lives ever and weren't happy at all, but with the help of God, they endured. You got this! Stay strong! I will be praying!

The fine is 1 million dollars, someone walks in and pays your fine, you are let go. Are you still identified as a murderer? Yes, because someone paying your fine, doesn't mean you identify as a innocent citizen. "Murderer saved by grace". You can never say you Aren't a murderer. A person can say they are attracted to the same s3x and still call themselves _____. Adding consistency here. An former alcoholic still call him or herself an alcoholic. Sometimes desires can be sinful too. Depends on the situation. Now that I watched the video, I would say same sex desires are sinful too.
