Me too? They have a banana line as well. I don’t think there is a deep conditioner but it’s bananas. 😃 I smashed an overripe banana before and put it on my hair and my hair was stunning. 😂

I use it as an overnight mask, then rewash my hair and use my Kerastase chronologist for a soft, glossy and nice luxury scented finish. 👌🏻

I love this hair mask, it has helped smooth and moisturize my fried, damaged hair from a bad bleach job. I like to use it after I do an Olaplex treatment. I wasn't as impressed by the coordinating shampoo as I felt like it made my hair feel very dry and straw like, not moisturized.

Same for me, the briogeo shampoos (especially the volume one) do not really work for me... But the mask is the bomb!!
I do the same, after applying olaplex no.0 and no.3 for an hour, I wash it with Briogeo super food shampoo and thìs Briogeo hair mask, and it turns out amazing

I’m so happy you liked them. I tried the same line and my hair *hated* it. I couldn’t run my fingers or a brush through my hair. I ended up giving it away it was that bad for my hair. But glad you had a better experience!!

I have found briogeo products to be a litttte underwhelming especially for the price but I thought your hair turned out amazing! Have you tried the L’Oréal Wonder Water yet??
Sometimes it’s the hype! Also I suspect it’s not as moisturizing as people expect and somehow that is evidenced by their new launch. Not yet! But I’m looking forward to it! 💓

What a happy place to be ... curled up with a video from Heidi! My hair is mature and likely unusually dry and damaged. I try to avoid silicone (tho I've now ordered a clarifying shampoo) to avoid buildup that may make it even drier. So, for my birthday Sephora gift, I chose the Briogeo mask set. I tried it twice and then no more. It left my hair dry and unnourished. What works better for me are the Living Proof mask, the Pureology Hydrate mask, and the now discontinued Redken Deep Facets mask. What has helped, thanks to Heidi, is Olaplex ... specifically 1, 2, and 3. The Briogeo looks lovely on you Heidi! And probably for many. Thanks for the fun! Keep safe. xo

Hey Heidi! This is a great mask, just make sure to not over use it since it’s protein based and it could give you the sensation of brittle, dry and stiff hair. I alternate this with a hydration kind of mask that is protein free 😊

@@heidiguttenberg I just discovered this brand & I'm dying to try their banana line. I tried the mask for the first time today and it's one of the better one's I've been able to find in probably a year or two. Everyone swears by the Matrix Hyrdasource Balm but that stuff just sits on my hair & makes my hair feel heavy & limp when I use it. This stuff so far didn't give me that yucky feeling. Ty for this review also btw.

Do you think Brigeo's "Be Gentle, Be Kind™ Avocado + Kiwi Mega Moisture Superfoods Hair Mask" would be a good product to alternate with the DON'T DESPAIR, REPAIR! mask? I really enjoyed this Don't Despair, Repair mask as it made my hair feel silky soft and tangle-free, but I don't want to overdue the protein. (I don't think the Be Gentle, B Kind mask is protein based, but don't know for sure . . .) BTW, I have fine, thin hair.

The government is starting to ease on the lockdown restrictions after literally the longest quarantine in the world. So, I am hoping things will get back to “normal”. How are you? Is your restaurant operating ? Here only takeout and delivery but next week they will be allowed to receive customers as long as the tables are outdoors. Big 🤗

Heidi❤️ Our hair looks very similar in texture and I struggle with dryness and frizz. I do not color my hair but it gets natural sunlights. With this said, I used up an 8oz container and liked my results from such a ‘clean’ mask. I decided to change up my hair masks and started adding Ayurvedic herbs such as Amla and other boosters such as Hylauronic Acid, fenugreek tea...I have a list of 10ish things I can choose to mix in. Just a few days ago I was doing a survey of my hair and pulled a few out to inspect, to my surprise you could see the recent growth of about two inches was noticeable THICKER, SHINIER and HEALTHIER on each strand I pulled out😳😳. WOW.

I spent 3 weeks camping in the North of France... my superlong hair? Noooooh... I tried cowashing but instead of sugar I used coconut oil , I did not use the cheapest conditioner and the results are unbelievable. Love u Heidi

Este producto se parece muucho en textura, ingredientes (ligera pero lleno de aceites, sin parabenos, vegano, sin sulfatos, sin siliconas) al SKALA (producto brasileño), aunque la diferencia más grande es el precio! A mí me costó $700 el pote de un kilo y creo que ahora sale unos $1000 (pesos argentinos). Solo se vende en pote de 1 kilo. También se aplica desde la raíz, creo que se parecen mucho!.

@@heidiguttenberg to be quite honest the Briegeo superfood is good but does not surpass the original Briegeo "don't despair repair" hair mask. However I feel that one of their superstar is the fairly new Briegeo "dont despair repair" conditioner.
I love your videos. Im so glad i found you. I think i have mentioned i have bleached course (naturally red) hair. I have over processed it for sure. So i am always on the hunt for something to help. I will try. The Olaplex 0 has done wonders for me currently. Love that. I have been wanting to try this. So again thank you

Hi Heidi, how would you compare this to the Moroccanoil intense hydrating mask? I tried them both and Morocanoil intense hydrating mask works better for my dry coloured hair :)
Christophe Robin prickly pear oil mask is silicone free and the best mask I've ever used. I'm wondering if you've tried it before, you might love it, if you're still looking for a silicone free mask that hydrates the ends 😊

Hi, I have bleached hair and it has gotter shorter for 15 cm by going to hairdresser 2 times a week to blow dry it cause I have frizzy hair. My hair has also gotten 2 times thinner and I don’t have so much hair as I used to. Now I am trying to not use any heat buf I still use drug store shampoo and hair mask from Garnier food collection. Can you please tell me which mask or shampoo would you recommend me to use? Also I have bleached my hair 4 times in last 2 years cause I have done balayage. Thank you very much, I need recommendations fast cause I have damaged my hair like hell, also I wanna buy olaplex but which numbers will help me the most?

I’m not against companies sponsoring videos but most people tend to be grateful to the company and will always lean towards the positive. Money doesn’t grow on trees for most people. Hiiii 💓 I use a ginormous converter 😂 well it’s like 15cm x 20cm. But I have many things that need it so I think it’s worth it.

I try to wash my recently highlighted hair every 3 to 4 days. I used this hair mask intead of my go to Olaplex products and NOOOO it was terrible. Two days and had to wash my hair beacause I could not stand the feeling and texture of my hair. 👎🏾
Thanks for your review! Olaplex is definitely in its own product category if you ask me. In my mind I was comparing to other high end silicone free products. You did what you had to do when something doesn’t work.
Maybe I'll try differet products once my hair get its strenght back, but for now...Lesson Learned! I love your chanel BTW, I found you while searching how to care for my frizzy, wavy, dry and highlighted locks. Thanks for your honest reviews.

Sadly this mask makes my hair even drier 😥
It could be more moisturizing for me too! I mentioned that too on my 4 h check in. However, I wondered if a longer exposure time could help. I guess we also need to consider that it being silicone free does give a different experience. And masks targeting repair or strength tend to not be as hydrating in my experience. Thanks for your review 💓
