Excited to try some of the briogeo products, the brand recently came to Brazil! I have a suggestion for you, if possible it would be interesting if you try the Redken acid bonding concentrate line, the claims are similar to the olaplex line. Spoiler, I’ve been using for a while and I’m loving the results, at the same time it mades my hair feels super stronger but pretty smooth at the same time, definitely the best line from the brand that I’ve tested till today. I haven’t tried the olaplex products yet because they are not available officially here in Brazil so I can’t tell you if the results are similar or not. Loving hearing you speaking in Portuguese, I loooove requeijão 😅

I would say as someone who’s lived in the US for a long time, Briogeo is definitely a high-end and expensive brand. $40 for a hair mask is pretty pricey as you can find a good quality mask for under $30 and sometimes even around $15.

I love Briogeo. It's what I use most often as my hair is prone to breakage, and Briogeo leaves my hair so soft and strong. It's definitely my favorite line of hair products.
I use the redken extreme cat treatment for protein every 3 washes and follow up with the garnier papaya mask. I don't like paying a lot for a simple moisture only mask.
Do you really find the redken cat c does anything protein wise 🤔? I don't find it anywhere near strong enough. I mostly use it as a daily curl refresher, I spray my dry hair down with it, scrunch it up, add a bit of foam (just now my favourites are I create definition by innersense or verb curl foaming gel) then diffuse. It works so much better for me. I've just bought this mask on video the protein one so I'm hoping that combined with the cat c may just give me the protein hit I need. I've got very curly hair though not straight like lady in video
I love this mask I’ve changed my mind this is the best mask ever Heidi it didn’t give me wow results the first time but after the 3rd my hair is so glossy. I use it inbetween the pureology hydrate shampoo and conditioner x
My hair eats protein so I've just ordered this too try. Hoping it works well. I'm definitely intrigued by it. Hopefully it's worth the £42 I paid for it. I use high end products anyway like innersense usually. I'm going to try it alongside the briogeo scalp scrub.

I used the treatment today and it left my hair super dry and brittle. Once I used a conditioner, leave in and oil it felt ok, but it was so concerning. So my hair feeling tangled and dry after use is normal for a protein treatment? I'm worried maybe it was protein overload (but it's my first ever protein product)
I'm nervous to use kerastase hair masks as they have silicone in. Have you tried the kerastase cica extreme hair mask (not the strong violet pigment one)
