In todays tour We will show you an incredible modern rental home nestled into nature with panoramic views to an medieval village, the sea, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Villefranche. The view, to put it mildly, is dramatic and super epic! And yes…the Modern Villa was pretty insane too. As you can see this beautiful & modern villa blends in perfectly with its lush environment. What impressed us was also the space, which is super manageable and cleverly distributed.

I really love how they used the space. 3 stories high instead of the 2 you get on most similar villas. Plus, they have a 2 story living room, but used most of the 2nd floor space with prime sea views for actual rooms, not just "dead space" above your living room.

Very nice video. 👍👌 As much as modern villas are nice but it would be lovely to see a full tour of beautifully renovated Belle Epoque style villa such as villa St Antoine, villa Favorite, and also the famous chateau de la croix de gardes from the movie of princess Grace Kelly of Monaco haven't seen a tour of it yet. Belle epoque villas are one of main reasons why this place has classy and elegant history.

You would have to do some video also in Monaco. There is a spectacular apartment in La Condamine in front of the port of Hercules... there are photos and it is a real beauty, elegant, luxurious...

Is it like in US where all ultra houses are made of plywood?
Or is this one made of some good sturdy material (stone/concrete/bricks whatever)? The house is in France after all...
EDIT: found it. It's made of massive concrete from ground to top! Well built house. Respect to developer.
Plywood is a thing of the Americans, in Europe houses are build with concrete

Good question, but difficult for us to answer. From what we've seen, this home would cost some serious money
@@TheMarobrothers I actually live in this area and this house is for sure more than 20M, i think about 20 to 40. It's difficult to answer because i don't dont buy houses in that price range

These homes are epic but just one big problem ITS IN FRANCE, sorry but the French have a problem with us Brits so wouldn’t hand a penny over to a country that hates us. Great video though you guys and just goes to show how well your doing when you start filming in other countries, good luck with the business but I don’t think you need any luck your work is gold.

this house does not look too earthquake-proof as it is situated right smack dab on top of the major tectonic plate boundary of the Mediterranean Ocean prone to shifting and producing major earthquakes - i'll offer $10,000USD to purchase it as a humanitarian gesture -
