I'm usually not much into Spanish villas, they tend to look bare and minimalist, just shapes of white. But this one is different, it's beautiful, has a three colors that are consistent throughout the villa, and the location looks perfect!

WOW, was wieder für eine super Immobilie und Entertainment, guys. Als bulthaup Planer für VIP`s und u.a. Fußball-Welttrainer und Sportdirektoren sage ich: GEIL und zu einem wirklich guten Preis! Weiter so Brothers.
Ein Tipp für eine der Immobilie entsprechenden Küchenplanung: Die Hochschränke der Küche werden bis zur Decke raumhoch geplant oder mit Trockenbau verkleidet und so in das Mauerwerk integriert. Die Wandpaneele über der Küchenarbeitsplatte bitte auch raumhoch, eigentlich zwingend, da ja auch die Fenster und die Türen raumhoch ausgeführt sind.

Gran video chicos. Está casa es maravillosa y está en una zona preferida para mi junto con las lagoon villas en frente de del beach club. Si pudiera el lunes iba a comprarla jejeje. Una objeción a este tipo de villas o áticos que presentaias tan bien es la obsesión por el vino que deben sufrir arquitectos por España. Para cuando una casa para los amantes de la cerveza y no del vino jajaja

@@TheMarobrothers yes, it can be..the land is based on 1sq meter or what they call a Tsubo, so I would need 584 Tsubo, and that could run me 1 million Euro or more......insane yes....

Hey please explain to me! I do not understand why in hell don't they build a proper garage? It is completely insane to have a house like this and your cars stored in a carport. What is behind this I see this all over even in the luxury segment. Otherwise perfect design and very nice tour!!
Due to the topology of the land it's very difficult to build a garage. Furthermore, as it barely rains in the coast it's less relevant

Is the 962sqm build area including terraces? As someone mentions, the bedrooms look like sterile hotelrooms, and are small. No garage, no entertainment room or cinema (ok, have 2 empty rooms in the basement).
View is great, but 5.8M??

It’s a really nice house and Sotogrande is very nice and more “old money” and private than Marbella. But also a little boring for year round living compared to for example Marbella.
Don't forget Marbs is only 25 mind away from soto 😉
