- Does anyone remember Teen Titans? Well, I certainly do. Especially after the amount of copium I took after the one show that shall not be named. Just go on Cartoon Network and you'll see it, trust me it won't be hard to find it. I'm not crying, you are. Anyway enough about my rants I hope yall enjoy the video and forgive me for the audio it's my software's fault, idk why it gets all static kcc tss pop n stuff cause it's not like that while editing.

Yeah I love this series... But I feel people always gloss over it's flaws. But it is one of my favorite superhero shows. Alongside things like Ben 10, Kim Possible, Danny Phantom, Spectacular Spider-Man and many many more.
Never before have I related so much to a comment lol, love all these shows and don't get me wrong, I still really like this show, I just thought it would be interesting to dive into its flaws
Ben 10 and Danny phantom were my personal favorites as a kid. But yeah i fully agree with what you said the pacing was garbage especially for s2&3 like terra could've been a spy from the start and the entire season is her coming around.
They say its because they wouldn't want kids to get confused but i feel this is more confusing because as a kid i always thought i missed a episode due to how sudden her betrayal was. Honestly i do like this show but its overhyped young justice and justice league unlimited are much better
Also I think that Cyborg never had a proper character arc other than being a robot
I agree sure Teen Titans isn't the best thing ever far from it I actually like Justice League and Unlimited more but when it got dark it nailed it pretty good but yeah some filler episodes should've been taken out and focused on charcters like Terra, Cyborg and Raven more in there seasons heck Starfire should've had a season instead of Terra but even then this was one my favorites show when I was younger and while I like other things more these days it still holds up well to this day.
It does hold up well still and I agree Starfire deserved her own season, she's a great character. Well, the whole cast is pretty great which is why I wish they expanded more on them and their history. I haven't watched Justice League or Unlimited tho but maybe I should check those two out
@@Balthazar-hellraiser Agreed and yeah it does Starfire should've had her own season as well instead of Terra since Terra was not a member for long and JL and JLU are amazing you should watch them.

So true, I never knew they had Independence Day episodes till now
it's my favorite CN and DC animated series but I do agree the pacing is a flaw but when I was a kid the pacing was perfect. like you said it was made for a younger audience and younger audiences generally have small attention spans so I take the show in the context it was made in.
That is 100% fair cause ya this is made for younger kids who just wanna see cool fights or funny stuff
@Balthazar-hellraiser it was made for kids but teens and adults also liked it.
@@coldsolitude4417 No ya 100%, it's aimed for a younger demographic, so it has those elements of humor and action which kids like (adults/teens also like those too) however there's a lot of nuances in the story that make it enjoyable for teens/adults cause it does deal with mature topics that can be understood by an older audience or are just overall solidly written/enjoyable for a much wider demographic. I should've been more clear on what I meant

Watched the first episode after so long thought it aged really badly, really cringy but I get it.
Fair enough, I'm kinda used to the comedy of older shows so it doesn't really bug me or cringe me out

It's not a bad episode it just feels very disconnected, which Is why I mention it feels like a totally different show

@@MichaelMerrick-np2ct So true, while I haven't read any of the teen titans comics I understand he was originally a founding member of the titans before all New Teen Titans so it's a shame that the only time he interacts with the titans is for a few seconds. He's a cool character, just wish they integrated him into the titans better than a standalone story

@@MichaelMerrick-np2ct Ya it would've been cool to see, it also would've been hype to have wonder girl or other members from the comics joining the team more organically. But ya I have no issue with Kid Flash or anything, it's a nice episode, I'm just giving critical feedback on the narrative as a whole for the season. Would be hype if there was a Kid Flash cartoon tho
