Looks scary but it isn't ,i tipically use 2 oil filters between intervals and keeps down the metal shavings. Also use engine flush when doing oil change will help and magnet draing plug . That is friction material caused by cam lobes and hydraulic lifters nothing to worry about. Just change the oil filter more often!
