Searched for this song in 2024. It was the hottest track in 2000 when I graduated high school. Just told my sons about it. They're 22 and 19. We've lived in New Zealand for the past 17 years and they don't know much about music back home etc. Still feels good to listen to. R.I.P Mandoza. 😇💫
Yeah it's 2023 if you're still playing this song in your house in your car, you are a #Legend #HappyBirthday #Mandoza #LegendsNeverdie #LegendsLive4Ever !!
🤣🤣🤣My late brother, in his mind, believed he was Mandoza. The sad truth is that his consciousness became trapped in this state, from which he never broke free. He passed away, still holding onto that identity, acting as though he were still 16. I love him dearly.
Springboks song. Tri-nstions vs Australia and they kept on playing this song at every line-out. Springboks came from behind to win the game... Its like this song gave them strength 😅
Never wish that my brother it's God that made you born there he knows, if you were born in this country I don't think you should have been alive by now a lot is happening here
Lost my Grandad 2 years ago to Cancer! And Mandoza gives me goose bumps as this is the music I was brought up on as a kid living in Australia 🇦🇺 Love and Miss him everyday but great memories as a kid from Him and me dancing to Mandoza ❤❤❤ Love you and see you one day in the sky!🙏❤️Proud of my South African side 🇿🇦I’m now 26 😮

I first heard this song about 15 years or so ago at New Zealand rugby sevens tournament held in Wellington when Kenya had just finished a game and they were dancing around the stadium to it. I fell in love with it and tried to find it on RUclips searching for Kenyan rap artists then looked for be sevens footage which I found and someone had commented “mandoza” the rest was history!! Please SA rugby coming from a kiwi, use this as your anthem when walking on and off the field!!!!
My lecturer for Company Law gave me this in my online lecture- he loved this song and thinks that this is a great one for parties. Sad to see Mandoza has passed, would of loved him to perform for my lecture
I still thank him... He wrote this song for me.... His madota.... He looked up to me and i did all i could for him. I tried to teach him afrikaans.... But he couldnt... I still loved him for him
