Hello from Chloe's Bakery!
Today, I made Tangzhong bread by hand.
The original recipe calls for tangzhong to be
rested for 12+ hours for extra moisture.
However, I just went ahead and used freshly made
tangzhong without resting it overnight.
Also, my bread frame was quite short in height,
which resulted in short and cute mini bread loaves.
It's perfectly fine to follow the original recipe
but on occasion, I feel that you can explore
different recipes that cater to your time constraints,
and tools that you have available.
Every product will be unique and special
if you customize it to the resources you have available.

Ingredients:
🥛tangzhong
- bread flour 20g
- water 100g
🍞bread
- bread flour 300g
- sugar 30g
- salt 5g
- instant yeast 5g
- egg 30g (about 1/2 egg)
- milk 130g
- unsalted butter 25g
- tangzhong
📏bread frame
- 20cm x 12.5cm x 6.5cm
