Looks good Pete! Good idea to turn your non-mowable areas into landscape beds. Cuts down on needing a push mower and weed whacking. Becareful if you have underground cables. Get the utility companies to come out and mark their lines.
Only tip I could offer is to spray weed and grass killer on the areas you want to till, 2-3 weeks in advance. This accomplishes two things:
    1) it makes using the tiller easier to cut through the grass since it will be dead and dry. You can just till it in and not have to pick it up. It will compost easily especially if you are putting mulch over it.
    2) by killing all the grass and weeds in advance, you are giving your beds a great head start on being weed and grass free. It only takes a small root to start regrowing. Also, apply some pre-emergent herbicide (brand name Preen) to keep any weed seeds from germinating. Safe for plants and roots, only acts on seeds.
Don't use any of this by the pond though!!!! Toxic to fish.

Great advice, and I am learning the hard way about new grass growth popping up already. Just a blade here and there, but it’s annoying.
I did spray some weed and grass killer after stripped though
