Legend, I just did this on my Mercedes thanks to this video, excellent. Although I had the dealership double check the airbag is in correctly after replacing the wheel lol

7:47 the white plug (negative+positive) next to the green plug your pointing at get connected to anything? I’m trying to figure that out now and can’t seem to find a connection

The process should be extremely similar, the plug locations under the dash may be different though. If you look up the part from college hill Honda, they usually have a PDF of instructions as well if you’d like to double check!

It should clear immediately after driving it, if it doesn’t there may be a wire not connected correctly
Hi Qui- I have a 2019 Accord LX, the website you posted said the heated steering wheel will not fit my car? Is thiscorrect, or did I miss something in the video . ?

Great Job! At the end of the Honda instructions it says to reset the steering wheel sensor. Did it throw a code or did you avoid having to do that?
It did have a bunch of messages after, but a short drive cleared all issues
So I've got a heated steering wheel currently on my accord but like the look of some of the aftermarket ones more, like your original wheel. There's so way to get a heated aftermarket wheel is there?
As far as I know, there has not been an aftermarket option that is heated as well.
Hey doing this install now. About to wrap up. I was supplied with a little 20 amp fuse. Did you need to install that? if so...which numbered fuse socket? Thanks!

Do you think is same procedure has a 2023 Honda Pilot, I know they selling this part has an accessory and also after installing do you have to get it to the dealership for calibration?
Procedure should be pretty similar, I didn’t need to take it to the dealership for calibration
Hey Allen, I just bought a 2024 Honda Accord Sport-L Hybrid. Problem is a heated steering wheel was not standard or offered as an option. I would have had to move up to the top Touring trim to get it. Do you know if it is possible to find/install an OEM one? Also, do you know where I can purchase it from? I found a heating steering for the pilot but not for the accord although I did find a replacement steering wheel for the 2024 Accord but it is not identified as "heated" however the photo shows the heated steering wheel button. Any thoughts or knowledge in this area for the new Accord Hybrids? Thanks for make your video.
It's possible, but the one thing that I wouldn't be sure about is the wiring, and if it would work correctly. You'd have to look at manufacture schematics to double check
Ended up going through with this mod and key fobs ended up needing reprogramming after disconnecting negative terminal. Retraced my steps and disconnected heater harness and tried to start it and still didn’t start. 2.0 touring
those shouldnt be happening at all, unless something was shorted or a wire was pinched somewhere
maybe im dumb, and missed it. What all do i need to purchase? The link you posted, does that include everything, or just the wheel? Where do i get the clock spring and the dash harness?

Yep! Wheel is warm when I remote start it

I just looked up the wheel from your link and added my vin I have a 2019 accord exl 1.5 and it says it will not fit am I missing something
If yours doesn’t have paddle shifters, there’s a separate part number for that. Should be this part number 08U97-TVA-100

Same size, just has the elements inside for heat
Does honda heated steering wheel work when remote engine start ?
It should, I do find the wheel to be a bit warmer when I use remote start, but it also heats up pretty quickly as well
