I'm not usually one to leave a comment, but Allahuma barik. I love the content you guys provide and the consistency with the episodes. I agree with the brother who mentioned the lake; I've always dreamed of living in a modest, modern crib and growing my family while being able continue my path of seeking knowledge ; I'm delighted to hear someone else has a similar perspective. I'd also like to see you guys bring in some guests that are in their path of seeking knowledge in deen. Keep coming, love the content!

Salaam Idris! I am a sister from Minnesota who vibes with you! Minnesota is known as the land of 10,000 lakes! Love being in nature and taking walks and listening to podcasts. Very healing and therapeutic. I respect the fact that you have gotten the help you needed by going to therapy.

“30s are the new 20s” - forreal! I am turning 30 this year Insha’Allah and there’s this urge to get my ish together, I can’t be acting like I’m 20 when I’m 30, that’s not cute lol so I agree. Love your talks guys, discovered you awhile ago but recently your content has captures my interest, keep it up!

What yall are saying is so true I'm currently 16 and getting married rn or anytime soon sounds impossible, it definitely wouldn't work. I feel like our parents raise us in a way where we never need to be self sufficient and like I barely have responsibilities, other than my personal stuff and im so reliant on my parents whereas before ppl my age would've gone through enough so when they were about my age they were ready, they knew how to do it.

subxanallah this impacted me so much! i can relate to you guys especially jibril when he says take your setup from your room. I have a desk and my laptop in my room, i always end up in my bed studying, watching things and this ruins my sleep cycle and the room i once thought was my safe space is now a place of worry and stress! I also can relate to you guys when you say let yourself heal. My father recently passed away couple weeks ago and it just hits me in waves throughout the day. i just try to distract myself but at night when no one's with me is the hardest. I can't wait for summer so i can take walks forsure! I truly believe it can impact your mental health. May Allah bless you all with everything you hearts desire! it's nice to see ppl around my age with the same mentality mashallah.

May Allah make it easy on you all and everyone In shaa a’Allah. This was the best talk ever! I say that but I need to watch you guys more. My first time and I even subscribed which I rarely do. I never leave comments but this one made me cry, listening to your personal story. So beautiful hearing someone talk from the soul and open up. This was a deep talk and I’m so happy you guys have created this platform to have these conversations. May Allah keep guiding you and us all. Subhana a’Allah.

I quite enjoy your guys sharing and believe your doing a wonderful thing, I wanted to mention something to due with the getting married at 16 aspect. All of you seemed that you felt at 16 you as young men were not ready, I'm not sure what the context you have seen someone get married at 16 but I do wonder if they are male or if it is always a young female. How much family pressure is in the wedding or age discrepancy. When you were 16 how would you feel if you were asked by your family to marry a much older women she already has kids but needs someone to provide and your young and able to do that for her... This is the kind of thing I'm guessing had people upset on tictok. I personally think that since your brain isn't fully developed that marriage should wait till after that but being in a committed partnership before that would be fine, I am not Muslim though and get that to be devote you would need to marry to take part in the pleasures of partnership and if two people both young and in love want to marry at 16 and have support of their family's or the determination to do it regardless I would 100% support them and wish them the best. My grandparent's met when my grandpa was 16 grandma 18 they married a few years later and I've never met a more loving devoted man then my grandfather.
