This ride with my 15" 2002 SE HH are incredible. The feel and bounce + crashable! Need to score some big crashes to match!

Is Al's ride just a thinner version of the 24" Ride? I'm thinking of trading my 24" for the Big Al's Ride, but wondered what the difference was and if it was worth it!

It would probably be more accurate to think of it as a hybrid Giant Beat/2002. It has Giant beat weight/thickness and hammering, but lathing and finishing like a 2002.

@@bergerdrumwhat is better sounding? i really dont know. i want one that crashes well but still rides great

@@biged680not really a matter of better or worse, but I'd say the Reverend Al ride is more well suited for rock music while the giant beat is more for jazz

@@QuickestQuickChop ok great thanks im looking for a rock/metal loud sound and i think itll be great, like a van halen/ zeppelin kind of cymbal i think

@@biged680 yeah it's perfect for that sort of sound. You may also want to check out the regular 2002 ride as well if you were looking for more stick definition.

Toggle that Caps Lock key for a moment. You could have bought the cymbal and taken the offensive logo off with a non-abrasvie cleaner and a little elbow grease. There are plenty of videos on YT that will show you how...
