I live in Tracy (right triangle of highways to the NNE on the fire map). Sounds like they are saying fire is contained to the N and E around the 4:15 mark. Hopefully that means we won't be forced to evacuate and our houses are safe. Thank you Cal Fire!

Tears for my beautiful state. If these fires were caused by human stupidity or being mean and selfish, I would be angry as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all the people working to fight these fires. This is dangerous work for multiple reasons. Godspeed.

Lighting strikes have nothing to do with fireworks.
