the reason you can't survive off of solely potatoes is because the potatoes are lacking minerals, if you have mineral water instead of seltzer water or perhaps even use one of those things that you can buy to carbonate your own beverages then this means you can get your mineral and your potato, in fact you might not even need to stuff it with potato but you could in fact use the potato in the batter. yes every meal can be stuffed waffle

I've one of these. Very easy to clean and makes great stuffed items. Need to take care of what you mix in your batter as some neat MIXES don't stick together enough to merge the bottom with the top when flipped. Standard pancake batter works best with less water/milk. 😉
