Archives is a fun rip. I'll buy a blaster if I come across it out and about. I pulled a Gunnar baby boomers auto to /50 out of one. Definitely swayed my interest towards it. Lol

Archives is the most underrated set in Topps. Beautiful parallels, one of the few products you can get on-card autos, and when it's gone .....you have to search high and low to find it

You can pull some really nice PC rookies from sets like this.
I agree on Archives being a little too much going on. Like Heritage a bit better, though, this year's seemed cheap compared to last year. Cool that you have random blasters laying around.
I got a really good price on a case of Archives lunch boxes. Fun rip but any rip you pull a Shohei auto /35 is going to be a good rip.
At 1 auto per box ($65 a box) there were many good autos.

I love this product from Topps. Always had good luck with these blaster boxes. Definitely worth buying I think.
I opened one of these blasters at my LCS' Topps hobby rip night. It was a fun rip especially because i got an /50 Vladdy Sr.

The best thing I’ve gotten from archives is a Marcus Semien /199 and a Shohei shotime Ohtani comic card

This is a set I literally never buy and never think to either, BUT I do have some nice singles I’ve bought from it. Specifically, a couple really cool Luis Gil rookie autos from 2022
I wouldn’t mind doing a few more

Heritage is def Classic, the real one autographs are sweet to get, archives is ok but not great, nice vladdy card
Archives is the one product I can never find in my local Walmarts or Targets.
I didn't collect back then but 2003 topps is a really nice design

I think that Archives is better than Heritage as there are more inserts and guaranteed autos. Archives might be cancelled this year though? Which is a bummer imo.

I pulled a babe Ruth mirror variation out of one of these blasters. At the upgrade shop now!
Edit: yes, baby boomers are a bit on the rarer side. I have a J-Rod base and a Gabriel Moreno auto on one.
That’s cool they put autos on some of those!
@@westernnycards some pretty good players on the checklist too. The Moreno was kinda mid-tier, but it looks like the Gunnar is around $150 raw.
I know you don't grade, but those foil cards are the hardest to gem in the hobby

Okay... Archives is something I'll buy just 1-2 blasters...that's it...after buying a couple hobby boxes with print lines previous years, I gave up. Also no big hits. Dud for me sadly. The design is pretty cool though.

Nice hits can come out of Archives, but I still feel like this is a novelty product.
Seems like a fun set builder type set, but def not my fav lol
The cards with players front and back would look great in a slab as a dual grade front and back.. PSA are you listening? HAHA..
