(ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION) Check if you have loaded windows from an older hdd/sdd. I spent 2hours trying this stuff before i realized that my C drive was smaller. And it had just loaded my other hdds previous windows files (i didnt format it when upgrading to m.2)

bRO PLz help me i am elaborating Yesterday in night i shut down my pc but in middle i power off ups and it was off i today see this problem. I followed every stop M 1 and 2 didnt worked. In M3 when i press Lusmr command it doesnt show same screen as you it says " {a cross red icon in middle colum} This snapping may not be used with this edition of windows l" and says to use control panel so i created a new user in this pc and currently i am using it for commenting but brother you said to copy desktop folder but in my Local Disk C / USers/ my old id name it doesnt have any desktop named folder although there is a download folder and all other folders so i could not copy my data of desktop folder . My main problem that i had my telegram desktop in my old user profile and it had my telegram id logged in it and has two step verification on and i cant login in with new profile i want my telegram id it has a lot of data sored so thats why i want old user apps like my telegram desktop app of old user can you please tell any other method for this like any special windows search to find that Desktop folder so that my telegram desktop could come back and all other apps as well. please help i am very tensed bro
Use windows usb and give boot Press “repair your pc” after selecting the language It will open troubleshoot screen Select advanced settings and choose the option to restore windows if it’s available About your telegram data-> it must be in something else folder not on your desktop because it’s an installed app. Look for the telegram folder in your current login so that you got the idea where telegram data is stored

After rebooting and entering the account..it writes preparing window and then the values return as they were previously. What is the solution? I also noticed that there is no migrated file, so how can I add it..this happened after updating the BIOS Thx bro

It must be available in your c drive.. so a search with Any file name of your desktop

While signing in make sure you are connected to the internet .. and if this doesn’t work you need to do a clean installation of windows
