I’m halfway in and this is so so good. You’re such a good editor it’s ridiculous. The pacing is just absolutely incredible
Thank you Logan, means a lot coming from the cinema lord himself :,)
I’m here for the half hour videos. Every minute.
Thank you kind sir ❤️
Man if you can't manage to make a living out of photography, you can always become a documentary maker or something in that direction. This is just so good to watch. Like a well-produced television show.
Thanks Glenn! Wouldn't be opposed to that haha
This sort of video would not be out of place at all if it was ported straight to TV dude, the production value and quality of like everything is just mental I've seen stuff put together by like 10 person crews that doesn't come close to what you're managing to do on your own lately. So sick
Wow thank you bro. definitely a bit more work but so much more satisfied with myself after it’s all said and done. Appreciate you noticing the extra effort ❤️
Always love what your voiceovers add to the video. You don't just talk about specs or technicalities, but you talk about how the locations/people make you feel, what you learn from your experience there, and how it changes you. The tonal shifts are also a great way to keep viewers engage. That, and the insane editing, makes this feel like a really fun documentary of life on the west coast
Thank you so much! Definitely want to focus more on the experience and feelings since I feel the technical side is covered well by other photographers on YT!
I swear every episode the production gets better and better! Love the videos man!
Thanks Michael!
Brae, your ability to tell a story is something else, bravo sir.
Thank you 🙏🏻
Dude that was such a good watch. I mean it goes without saying you’re a great photographer but the fact you can keep people’s attention for 20 minutes says a lot about your presenting, directing and editing skills. Someone get Netflix to give this man a show
Wow thanks Tom, means a lot. @netflix 👀
Beautiful video
Thanks!
Though you may not have been "journaling and getting all deep" in a literal sense, these videos are incredible journal entries of their own. It's like I'm stepping into your world, one that is composed beautifully in all aspects. This formula is working wonders.
Wow, thank you so much for these kind words. I appreciate it ❤️
What a wholesome video dude. Made me feel wicked peaceful. Keep killing it - stoked to see what you create this next year. Come thru to CO and shoot with me and @LoganBaker plz
Oh dude I would love to!!
I showed this to my love, she is seriously depressed and taking pills every day, but with this video, she, really, smiled like she never had before. A BIG THANK YOU, SIR!!!!
Oh man, I am so happy to hear that. Anytime a video of mine can provide a moment of joy, I feel as though I have accomplished my goal. Thank you for sharing and I am wishing you and your family all the best. Much love.
Oh my goodness what a video, it's so amazing to see how far you have come interns of your video and photos, this honestly was such a master piece.
Thank you very much!
The last series of photos by the beach was really awesome to see. Alicia killed it with those shots SHEEESH 🔥
Thanks Melchi! She really did
Thank u ☺️
A charming watch.......great reshoot at Summit Inn with the camper van in the snow
Thank you Mark!
yo wtf this was so beautiful to watch. Cinematography, scoring, and storytelling all on point.
Thanks Nick!
Honestly loving your videos at the moment, its such a refreshing break from the usually film photography videos on RUclips. Your trying to tell a story in which film photography is just one element rather than the whole story and you also don’t claim to be a self proclaimed expert, more like the rest of us just a guy who bought a camera on eBay and decided to tell stories about how he is using it. Keep up the strong work Brae its some of the best content on photography on RUclips right now.
Thanks Miles! Exactly the feeling I want my videos to have, appreciate the kind words and feedback.
Happy you decided to put even more effort into photography and youtube. Looking forward to follow you in 2021!
Thank you sir! Excited for the journey :)
Really great video. Its awesome to see other people and artists in your films as well. Your channel has such a personal feel. When we meet other creatives through you its like we already know and trust them. Awesome work!
Thats exactly how I hoped it would feel. Thanks for sharing the feedback and kind words :)
Another great video with beautiful images and your honest commentary always adds an extra enjoyment. Thank you Brae
Thanks so much!
Just when I thought the video couldn't get better, you outdid yourself. And then again. And then again.
You have such a refreshing style of filming. I was captivated the entire time. Thank you for creating refreshing and meaningful videos
Thanks so much Toby! I appreciate it greatly.
Absolutely gorgeous. Both the video and photos you took. I love your compositions. 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
Thanks Brian!
Breathtaking beauty! The pace is so smooth and tastefully progressed.
Thanks so much!
Thank you for making these videos! They help snap back to normalcy. You are doing a great job!
So glad to hear, thank you!
I’ve always loved your channel, but this specific video is hands down my favorite photography video I have seen in the past year!! Great job!
Thanks for such a kind compliment. Glad you enjoyed :)
This video shows content quality at another level, Brae! The video was compelling and had beautiful variety with a story line. Keep doing what you are doing! Outstanding!
Thank you very much Carlos!
It's a new year but still a pleasure to watch your videos
glad you're still enjoying!
Okay, that was awesome. I don't even know what to say. I just feel so inspired to go out and shoot some photos, to document this world, the place where I live, just thank you for this feeling.
So glad to hear that Pedro! Thanks for the kinds words!
Was there when you had 2000 subscribers, Will be there when you'll have 1mio. For just one simple reason : you are an artist. the framing, the editing, the use of music, the storytelling. It's fun, profound, likeable, friendly, aesthetics. Well it's the whole package ... You're proving a lot of things with your consistent work : first that most of the self-proclaimed creators on YT are just piecemeal sellers and storefronts owners. You don't need all these erratic camera movements and useless b-roll non sense to be a true movie director. A good heart, a great eye, a story, and the craft to put all together, that's what you need, that's what you have...
Wow, can't thank you enough for the support and kind words Fred. I really appreciate you taking the time to share this with me. It keeps me motivated and makes me feel like I'm achieving my goals with filmmaking/photography. I wish you all the best in 2021 sir!
Director, editor, DoP and photographer. You do it all so well!
Thank you Tristan!
Oh man killer shots, especially the ones at the beach. The production value on the latest videos has skyrocketed. I'm all up for lesser videos, but longer and more polished, like this one. You're such a creative and inspiring storyteller. Thanks a lot Brae
Glad to hear that, appreciate the feedback! Thank you :)
saying this is great would be an understatement, so pleased i found this channel, love all of your videos and they just get better, love it!
Thank you! Appreciate it!
Miss Washington a lot! Definitely want to move there! So much calmer out there! Get away from San Francisco 😫 sweet video! Always looking forward to nexts one!
Thanks Marc! Definitely a hard place to beat
Always happy when a new videos comes out. Been missing them. Also listening to your Spotify playlist which was put together since you published it on Instagram. Video and music are always on point. Keep rocking it. I see a great future for you! Much love from Germany!
Love to hear that! Thank you sir! Cheers
Definitely enjoying the longer format, man. Photos, editing, music. It was all on point. I'm here for it.
Thank you Zach :)
At the end, the mix of photos from Alicia and You were awesome. Though that rolleicord from Alicia just produces bangers 😍
Its got that OG pro mist filter aka a little bit of fungus in the lens haha
@@BraeHunziker I have a replacement lens for her if she‘s interested , she can have it for free - let me know .
@@jenserwig1707 Do you know if they are easy to replace?
@@BraeHunziker absolutely , it’s just a matter of screwing the thing out and a new one in. There is one lens with a couple elements in it in front of the shutter blades and second, smaller one behind it. The front Lens screws in and out from the front , the rear one screws in and out from inside the camera. Fungus will most likely be in the rear elements. Screw out both lenses and check on their condition, it’s straightforward. If she needs a small service done on the camera ( such as restoring of the longer shutter speeds) , I can take care of that if needed , I‘m in New York.
@@jenserwig1707 Oh sweet! Do you have an email or insta I can use to get in contact with you?
Loved this! Especially the Ruby Beach part, wicked to see Alicia's work too.
Thank you! She kills it.
A Rolliecord is heck of a thrift store find at $40. I should be so lucky. She does some great work too.
Can't wait to see more beach videos in the future!
More trips to the coast to come!
I waited all day to watch your video because I knew it would be a banger! Your love for photography drives me to want to shoot more ! Can’t wait to see what 2021 brings, keep being great dude.

Cutt's Island from the Purdy Spit is a great image from my back door. Thanks for you sharing to the world.
Hard to beat your view then! Lucky to be that close to such a picturesque area
Heck yeah Washington State!
WA state best state!
I went from living in one of the sunniest cities in the world to living in Washington state for a year and can for sure agree those stretches of rainy days can be a huuuge downer, nice work pushing through and getting some shots when the weather is looking so grim.
Thank you very much!
Absolutely your best video yet, I was transfixed for the entire 22min+ I only look forward to videos dropping from 4 film youtubers. Bryan, Jason, Paul C Smith and you. I'm inspired after each one to go and shoot more and get better at my craft. Right now I'm aching to travel (damn you COVID) Keep them coming and please list those solitary light in snow shots in your store.
So cool to hear. Thank you Brett! Can’t wait for covid to ease up as well, need to get more exploring in. Those images will be up for sure 👍🏻
these videos never fail to entertain and relax
Love to hear that!
I was waiting and waiting for my guy to drop a new video. The time it must of took to piece all this together and replying each frame to make sure it’s A1-sauce. Fire 🔥 I don’t even like cold weather or mountains but I be admiring your work! Much love from L.A

I started wondering today what had happened to Brae since your videos stopped popping up on my homepage and I'm so glad I came back to check out the channel! Loved every minute of this video man
Welcome back! :)
I've also started writing down the settings for each shot I take to hopefully help me understand my film camera a little better. But amazing storytelling man, the production is superb.
Yeah definitely a good call, thank you Eddie!
