I am a nurse and have many nurse friends who are overweight...nurses are not always the most healthy! We tend to need to take care of everyone else except ourselves! I've been doing keto now since May 2018 and have lost almost 15lbs and am not looking back! Keto on!!!
poohintheshoe as a kid I asked my parents why the EMT ppl and truck was always at McDonald’s for their lunches. 🤦♀️ (not high quality food but technically can make a meal KETO but that’s not what they were eating lol)
I am a RN and we did not hear anything bad about sugar in our nursing school. I also have a daughter who has type one diabetes and we were taught to keep her breakfast carbs between 30-45 carbs, lunch 45-60 and supper 60-90 and to cover the carbs with insulin. Awful diabetes education. She has now changed her eating and is lowering her A1C with each trip to her endocrinologist. Our medical/health professionals have got to come on board with the new research.
Tonnia Williams I agree....I've been an RN almost 10 years and only in 2017 did I find out about just how toxic sugar and carbs are for all us but particularly diabetics. They should all be prescribed the keto diet the moment they are diagnosed to force that pancreas to rest and get that insulin secretion under control. But instead they are prescribed a diet that continues to slowly sicken them and further feed them into the pharmaceutical industry who make BILLIONS off people's ignorance. Just the fact that we have to go SOOOOOOOO out of our way to avoid added sugar let's me know that there is actually something sinister that is driving this whole system. I am BEYOND thankful to Dr. Berg and stories just like this that got me on board with keto. I've managed to lost 90 lbs in the last 5 months on the keto diet (130 lbs overall in 2017) and I feel absolutely AMAZING! And I don't have much loose skin at all. I only worked out twice a week! I THANK you Dr. Berg for waking me up and making these videos. You're saving lives everyday!!!! 😄😄😄😄
Tonnia Williams I worked at a hospital and knew the 'Certified nutritionist' who would advise patients about healthy eating habits and prepare meal menus. The nutritionist was obese! I mean at least 450 pounds. He could barely walk the length of the hospital'. The medical industry & pharmarcy giants don't have a clue about healthy foods. ( Face it...there's little profit in it for them) they regurgitate the standard line...high protein is bad...high carbs are good & then the classic...only drink diet sodas. Youcannot convince them of anything. "Here...take a diet pill" Aaaaaand if you ever mention he word 'Keto' they go into their preprogramed ranting.
Tonnia Williams lt is shameful that professionals are following the deadly food pyramid that is driven by politics and big business. Cover the carbs with insulin!? Take those carbs away, for God's sake! The sugar industry and food manufacturers who use it indiscriminately and in excess are the biggest drug cartel in the world.
Yes!!!! Fellow RN here. In my 20 year career, I have only witnessed 2 doctors telling patients to change their diet. One promoted the Mediterranean type diet and the other promoted plant based. Both interventional cardiologists!!! Doctors need to get some courage and start educating themselves again!! Meanwhile, we need to educate ourselves and help others. Malnutrition based diseases are a pandemic! We see it with the increase of diabetes, cancer and obesity- all over the world. Have you read Gabriel Cousen’s book There is A Cure for Diabetes? It’s a fascinating read and totally understandable. He has worked with diabetics for over 30 years, specializing in raw vegan diet. He is an MD.I’m going to get the book that Dr. Berg references a lot on endicrinology by Frank Netter.
I can relate to this, I was the youngest person at age 11 to be in weight watchers in 1969. Try that in elementary school. The next go round was at 14 where the Dr prescribed me pills, basically an upper. I tried the method where you drank shakes for meals. I've tried Atkins and South Beach with limited success. So far after 2 1/2 months Keto at age 59 is actually working. Thank you Dr Berg for all your information.
Dr. Berg you are phenomenal with sharing your info. I heard about Keto some years ago, but was too busy to research. Almost a year ago I started watching your videos and I was hooked. I started Keto and my husband said after a week that he would go on Keto with me. I’ve lost 30 pounds and he has lost 50 and we both feel so much better. He was pre-diabetic and he is now doing great with his sugar. He has stopped taking 3 different meds (one was blood pressure). We both have more strength and stamina in our mid 60’s, than before. He does have Lyme disease he is still dealing with. Keep up your good work in sharing on the internet. We are able to share our success because of our weight loss and the first thing we say is watch Dr. Berg!
I'm nearly 52 and was totally sugar dependent. Stress from accounting and being around sugar is my life as a baker, but I started intermittent fasting and healthy keto Jan 25 2022...it's March 20th and I've lost 28lbs. Crazy energy and though I'm thrilled I'm most happily confused that my Fibromyalgia just seems to be gone. I'm currently 24hrs into my first 72hr fast that I plan to do once a month then back to 18 6.....who knows maybe nomad. I'm just really beside myself having energy. Matter of fact, in the midst of the first 24hrs of fasting today, I worked out anaerobic (lifting) and just walking on the tread for 30min and I have more energy. Before all this...I'd go out to eat and would fall asleep in the car on the way back home... This is insane! Thank you!
My grandma told me to eat lots of squash and carrots for my eyes. And I've done that since I was a kid. I'm gonna be 40 and still have 20/20 vision. Idk if my grandma was right but I just followed what she said. I like what she said. Whenever I think I don't want to deprive myself, I'll follow with "of being healthy?" Especially when I think of eating white rice.
What we need is some attorneys to file class action suits against the big industrial food companies. My 11 year old daughter knows I drink brewed teas (black, green and herbal) because they are good for you. She bought a raspberry flavored sweetened tea at the grocery store. I looked and they had added 48 grams of sugar or HFCS to one bottle. Totally destroying any health benefit of the small amount of tea. Unbelievable that this company would would mislead people to think they were getting something healthy full of toxic sugar. I’ve worked in the healthcare field for 15 years and I cannot believe the lack of knowledge the general public has on nutrition. Btw. Keto for 2.5 months and down 32 pounds. Please keep the info coming. The survival of our species depends on it.
MrGchiasson Totally agree! It’s a disgrace that they are not held accountable. So we must become the food police ourselves. In the meantime, our healthcare system goes bankrupt paying for all the pills to try and fix what a bad diet caused. Crazy!
I don't think it should go that far. But classifying sugar as a lethal substance of long term exposure should be done. Over a certain amount it should be labeled as toxic levels of sugar.
*I love hearing keto success stories because they show the real-life impact of this lifestyle. It's not just about weight loss, but also improved energy levels, mental clarity, and overall well-being.*
I agree with you, Shawn! It’s just not WORTH IT. The cost-benefit equation in terms of sugar consumption and my general wellbeing just doesn’t balance out for me. My body actually rejects it - I experience digestive issues, mood instability and difficulty focusing...for thirty seconds of palate pleasure, it’s not worthwhile for me. I feel so much better in both my mind and body when I avoid sugar.
Jennifer Myers That's interesting Jennifer, I'm pretty new to this and only a couple of months in. When I've had the odd time of cereal or sweets it made me feel unwell and I'd also found carbs make my skin itch... how long had you been following keto/low carb?
Great interview! Thanks! Diabetes education of the 1960's to the 2000's that pushed the "complex carbohydrates" destroyed my cousin. I tried to tell her that she should try a low carbohydrate diet, but she said she couldn't because she was "insulin dependent". Her quality of life was terrible. Basically, she ate as much sugar and carbs as she wanted, then just increased her insulin to compensate for it, until she was taking multiple shots per day of high doses of fast acting and slow acting insulin per day. Consequently, she had 2 kidney transplants, lost the sight in one eye, and was also losing her hearing. It finally cost her her life.
Valerie, I'm so sorry for your loss. I can imagine the pain of knowing your cousin didn't have to suffer like that, her quality of life could have been so much healthier, richer and enjoyable. As much as we want for our love ones and friends and they see how well we are doing, yet they (just like us) are brainwashed, addicted, dependent and in ignorance about their body, health, self healing and rejuvenation. Many, like we were are so tied to carbs, sugar and the out of control white flour products to remove them they think their life is over. All we can do is say it, let it go, and assure them you are there for them without judgement if they change their mind. say a prayer and let it go. All the best health and life to you!
She is a very beautiful lady I'm really happy for her & so glad to hear her story. I'm really happy for my self as well finding Dr.Berg & being educated about sugar and so many other healthy life choices.
Hi Shawn congrats on your journey to health and I just want to say my Mum (85) is amazingly healthy after switching to basically a Keto way of life about 7 yrs ago. She was able to not only loose weight but get into all healthy results that her Dr’s are amazed how perfect her results are. Tell your Mum it doesn’t matter how old you are ....you can fix a lifetime of unhealthy eating and get back energy that was once depleted. Have a great day & thank you Dr Berg for your informative videos. I love your Recipe Vids with your wonderful vivacious wife so much. ❤️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Been on the diet for a month..Lost 7 pounds. Never hungry and lots of energy. very happy and up beat. can't wait to lose more and get more fit..Thanks for all your pod casts as they really inspire me
I'm a retired teacher. I work part time in assisted living. I'm 61 and a half. I'm very healthy. Only take 1 Rx for low thyroid. I eat 2 low carb meals per day, and take lots of supplements. I have more energy and vitality and than most of the young people I work with. I see them drinking sodas and eating sweets, and I know why they are always tired and have weight and health issues. It's so sad! I try to gently educate, but most of them are NOT interested.
I am a therapist who tries to educate my clients on this but most don't really believe me and also are not interested. But once in a while it lights up for a few of them and that makes it worthwhile. I am hoping for the others it plants seeds for when they are in more pain and open to thinking of changing.
I have lost over 6 stone with Dr Berg and I used to eat ice cream but I don't like eat anymore and I used to have really bad heart burn off and I was struggling with my weight for years but Dr Berg program within half year everyone is asking for my help and I am really excited to go back on your program and thank you so much for shocking me
After watching some Dr.Berg's videos, I've bought NAC Drops N-Acetyl-Carnosine Antioxidant Anti-aging Lubricant Eye Drops on Amazon for my father's cataract as well as Nutritional yeast pills for B vitamins. My father was scheduled for eye surgery but we had to cancell it because his poor physical condition. After taking those eye drops and pills for a couple months, my father's eyes were improved so his doctor confirmed he does not need surgery for now.
Shawn I've read about hexane free, cold pressed castor oil for cataracts you put a drop in the eye before bed. Also fermented foods that also help with healing cataracts like keifer, kombucha, and raw fermented cabbage. A mans fast growing cataract resolved itself in three months. It's worth a try none of it will harm and it's fairly cheap. Hope this helps
This doctor is convincing me to do this diet. Right now doing green smoothie, bone broth, vegan soup with tons of veggies, and eating only one regular meal a day. Waiting to stop breastfeeding in less than a month. Also want to do a month cleansing or at least 15 days.
John Hooper. At was my depression medication, some of it was i just let go . because of the environment i now live in. Roommates & family member's still eat the S.A.D. diet. So basically my environment isn't set up. Medication/Environment. Now, i have high blood pressure too, along with weight gain, which I've never had before.
Hi I have listened to a few of your videos Dr Berg and am blown away with your knowledge and experience of Thyroidism. I am a prime example of your hypothyroid body shape. ..and symptoms.....what I don't understand is how can I be still displaying symptoms: weight gain, insomnia, migraines, cold/hot, anxiety, mood swings etc, etc,.I have been taking 100mg Thyroxine for more than 16 yrs, BP Meds, and had Gallbladder removed with stones 2014. I want to stop all Meds and get healthy but scared to do so, got a lecture from my GP because I did not want to take my water pills anymore......grateful for your advice .....F
This was basically my story too. It felt good to hear this from someone else as well. Thank you for sharing. Watch the kale intake. The build up of certain components is not good for you, spinach the same. Research it. 🥰
Thank you Dr Berg for your awesome videos, just started watching a couple weeks ago, now a video a day, helping my parents, just ordered Balance .It's on its way...I hsve some back off on Me to and I Fasting, I'm more old school like your original book, with the small meals 5 to 6 . I wake up quite hungry so it blocks me from going all in. I guess I should just do it :/ I'm like Sean I'm 192, stuck there. I don't eat that bad, and I DO some gym . But not really moving. Buy I don't crave donuts ugh..im a fat cheese wine lover.
I know what I'll do for snack: kale chips ! I absolutely forgot about them. Just kale, nutritional yeast, a bit of Himalayan salt , lemon juice, olive oil. And dry them in dehydrator at 118 F for several hours.Delicious! I just started keto diet, it's my 10th day ,so far, I lost 5 lbs, plus I made muscles , but still snacking several times with nuts (cashew). Well, I'm vegetarian, so, it's not easy to find products. And I love dark chocolate... ate eggs last week and salmon, and I feel good. Thank you, Dr. Berg!
I was a total dairy and carb/sugar junkie, but it made me fat despite really intense training few times a week. I abandoned milk to a great extent as well as most fruit, sodas and cakes. I'm still overweight and more or less suffering from many many problems: depression, fatigue, mood swings, anxieties, lack of focus, procrastination (via youtube etc.), being unreliable, losing the last bits of self-respect, bad and worsened eye-sight, headaches, neck aches, you name it. Sometimes I smoke, sometimes I get way too much booze to dizzy myself. But I've experimented with good stuff: No alcohol for several weeks in a row, going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week for 2 hours, moderate IF, attempts to reach ketosis, drinking only water, tea or black coffee. I am still undisciplined and things don't work out because of social pressure or opponents sabotaging any serious progress. Some people won't recognize my wish to change, others just interfere unknowingly. I try to cook or prepare as much as possible myself. Eating or going out together with others often destroys my progress. They order pizza, fries, go to smoker pubs, smoke in their rooms etc. And I'm not yet organized enough to avoid their bad influence.
I totally agree with the no sugar. I have not been able to lose weight until I followed Dr. Berg's information. I was suffering for 25 years of being overweight since my second child and like Shawn trying diets etc. I am so thankful that people like Shawn and Dr Berg who are willing to share this information. I started in January and now I'm down about 15 pounds. It took a while before I lost anything. Do the Kale shakes with MCT oil, two eggs and bacon, meat, fish and veggies. I won't go back to sugar. I can manage this which is great. I teach in a sugar free school which is great! It makes sense. My challenge is trying to get my husband who really needs it to buy in. He reads government and mainstream information and thinks he can still eat sugar and carbs and just cut calories. It is not working.
I saw a Dr Michael Mosely 'trust me Im a dr' series a few weeks ago and it was based on the eyes. Well worth watching. I started myself on macular saffron capsules after watching this series. My macular is damaged and I have another test booked for later this year so thought Id give it a try and see if I get any results. On the show they showed good results. The macular damage can be reversed. So we'll see. The series is on youtube.
My cravings for sweets are almost gone in one week and i had to have sweets every day .the only time i crave now is when i see them on the internet or elsewhere or someone is eating them but the craving passes quickly.
Are berries keto friendly? Doing all my research and mindset before I start this life style. In my mind I’m freaking out as I’ve always been told eat 1700 calories per day from all food groups. Thanks for sharing and congratulations!
the late Dr. Christopher would recommend his eyebright formula for all kinds of eye issues including cataracts. People swear by it. Maybe Shawn Rega can be recommended to try it.
Lean meats??? I thought Keto is more healthy fats in the diet which includes fatty cuts of meat. There is no mention of this in the interview. She does do the low to no carbs, but what about the fats??
Wow...this is my story. From the elementary school “Weigh-ins” to being tall and naturally weighing more than the other kids. Also I’m a “Sugar-a-Holic”. Excellent Skype
I like egg salad with Mayonnaise. But at home I like sunnyside up cooked on low in butter with lid on so steam cooks egg on top without flipping eggs over. Best taste when yolk is still liquid.
Not trying to encourage your sweet tooth, but if you are looking for a good low-carb, stevia-sweetened brand, give Lily's a try. I haven't tried it yet myself, but have heard lots of good things about it. Good luck! :-)
Could make chocolate coconut milk. I take tablespoon of cocoa powered. And half a cup of milk. Sometime I mix in nutritional yeast. But you don't even taste it. And blackstrap molasses sometimes.
Choc Zero could use some competition... go for it, Dr. Berg! You BOTH will win from the exposure. Just keep it affordable-ish. Lilies brand Chocolate is astronomically expensive & sticks to teeth & roof of mouth. Yeah, I'm Keto Chocolate experienced. Lol.
Dr thank you thank you i been watching your videos and your help is changing my life i lost so much weight and not craving about sugar or bad food which i was very addicted to it gracias Dr
Dr Berg- I'd be curious as to your opinion on "Athletic Greens Premium Green Super Food Cocktail" it's sold on Amazon so you can see the ingredient list. I try to take it every morning but it isn't cheap. Thank you in advance if you get the chance. Appreciate your knowledge.
Never going to eat sugar again. Just remember youre talking to addicts. I use to be one but now just the smell of sugar make me sick now. It is something that needs to be communicated over.
GASTRIC BYPASS and KETO? I had gastric bypass so what adjustments do I need? I also suffer from anemia due to the bypass. Trying to get the info before i begin.
I am the same way with sweets... mostly chocolate. I would eat chocolate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if it was healthy. I came to the realization that it would kill me eventually, so I went cold turkey and kicked the sugar craving. People think I'm over-the-top when I refuse all foods/drinks that contain sugar (as well as fruit juices), but I'm not...if I get even a taste of sugar the cravings start all over again. I look at myself the same way an alcoholic is with drink....you can't even have just one, or you fall off the wagon.
You asked about tingling in fingers and toes. What is that saying? I have been diagnosed ith neuropathy because of long term swelling of legs, feet, and ankles.
I am a nurse and have many nurse friends who are overweight...nurses are not always the most healthy! We tend to need to take care of everyone else except ourselves! I've been doing keto now since May 2018 and have lost almost 15lbs and am not looking back! Keto on!!!

2011ariesrules
Agreed. Very respectful.
2011ariesrules I know just beautiful❣️🌸
I was thinking the same thing. Wow!
Yes!! It's great to see him active listening and not cutting people off.👏🏼

Robert Koehler The news media (lying hypocrites) won't report on this because the drug companies will pull their advertizing dollars.

Doctors also need to massively re-educate their patients and themselves. We the consumer have power. Knowledge is power.

I am hoping for the others it plants seeds for when they are in more pain and open to thinking of changing.
I have lost over 6 stone with Dr Berg and I used to eat ice cream but I don't like eat anymore and I used to have really bad heart burn off and I was struggling with my weight for years but Dr Berg program within half year everyone is asking for my help and I am really excited to go back on your program and thank you so much for shocking me
omg, she looks at least 30 years younger. Amazing
Respect to those who are really successful..motivation for us beginners, such stories.. a long healthy road, surely.. :))
Omgosh, this is sooo motivating. I am overweight and need this in my life. Dr. Berg your pulling on my sugar strings. I will continue to watch.
Cathy Montano going through keto flu right now. Craving some sugar! You can do it! Press on press on!
This was a very helpful, eye opening video. Thank you
This is a great interview, I hope that this video will help prevent blindness for some one who may be on the wrong track 👀
Hope Deon - I was vegan for 6 years and my eye site got worse . Keto all the way for me. I noticed a difference in first week with energy levels.
You are the ONE to thank Dr Berg!!
That's great news , thanks I'm going to get some.
Thank you Dr Berg. Love the interviews. I’m just starting your program.
Thank you very much Dr.Berg for teaching/helping us☺. I'm truly grateful for everything you do!!!
Agreed: it's very hard to teach someone who knows everything.
I so enjoyed this interview!
Go Shawn!! So proud of you!!!!
Indeed! Sugar is the devil!!!
This doctor is convincing me to do this diet. Right now doing green smoothie, bone broth, vegan soup with tons of veggies, and eating only one regular meal a day. Waiting to stop breastfeeding in less than a month. Also want to do a month cleansing or at least 15 days.
Dr Berg is an amazing guy! I'm learning a lot and feeling better, also loosing weight . Thanks Doctor ❤️
It would be good to know how is Shawn doing with her eyes today in 2022 after four years on Keto.
Thank you both, great interview with a lot of great info.
Can you make a video about potassium salt, some people say it’s toxic and stops the heart and others say that it’s safe
udbdku hsvd thanks
I'm back at 150 lbs. With in 2 months, gained 50 lbs. I now have to go back on omad & keto, again. Wish me luck.
you can do it🤗
Amy u got this
John Hooper. At was my depression medication, some of it was i just let go . because of the environment i now live in. Roommates & family member's still eat the S.A.D. diet. So basically my environment isn't set up. Medication/Environment. Now, i have high blood pressure too, along with weight gain, which I've never had before.
Amy you can do it!!!
Good luck Amy, I gained a some extra pounds and I hate it as my clothers became tight! Can't afford to go up a darn size lol. You can do it!
He is so sweet he just kicked me out of ketosis.
dr berg is a daddy, leave me alone. ok
This was basically my story too. It felt good to hear this from someone else as well. Thank you for sharing.
Watch the kale intake. The build up of certain components is not good for you, spinach the same. Research it. 🥰
can you do a full day of eating? I'm really interested in what you eat for the day to stay in ketosis
Brilliant interview. Very enjoyable. Thanks
Finally this lady asked my question! Thank youuuu
I drink black coffee in morning. I use 1 teaspoon of organic stevia to sweeten my cup of starbucks.
I highly recommend PYURE stevia.
Another great interview and she looks so good!!
Great info!
I drizzle cream over frozen blueberries. Very good treat!
Sadly stevia gives me stomach issues ...so I stopped using it...
Love these interviews
I am with you! My Mom had diabetes 2 and the Dr made me so mad of the diet they gave to her.
Hmmm, cataracts and glaucoma is genetic in my family. I have been buying Macushield gold for my dad and he said it is helping.
Thank you, Ship Creek, I have macular degeneration in one eye, and my good eye is having problems. I will watch this series.
Yaaaayyyyy!!!! Low sugar ice cream at the grocery store would be awesome!!!
Very informative Dr. Berg! Love your channel!
My cravings for sweets are almost gone in one week and i had to have sweets every day .the only time i crave now is when i see them on the internet or elsewhere or someone is eating them but the craving passes quickly.
You make so much sense..love all your videos xx
Yes you do look alot younger 👍thanks for sharing your story .
Hi Shawn, I enjoyed hearing your story and so happy for you! Do you have a RUclips channel?
Get that keto ice cream out here :) Love your videos and passion for this way of life :) Way to go ma'am on your new and improved lifestyle :)
When first going on keto should you count calories or focus more on converting to fat burning first?..
Thank you for your videos!!!
Hi Dr Berg. Thank you for all the information. If i "cheat" i wake up with tingling in my fingers and feet. Why does that happen?
That's most likely from elevated blood sugars. I'm diabetic and the same happens if my fasting blood sugar is high
Mix almond butter with Greek yogurt!
Another awesome inspiring video. Thank you
Sometimes I cook some organic eggs for a meal when hungry. It is quick and easy and keto.
Frances MaGinness ... hard boiled eggs are great too because you can grab an run
I like egg salad with Mayonnaise.
But at home I like sunnyside up cooked on low in butter with lid on so steam cooks egg on top without flipping eggs over.
Best taste when yolk is still liquid.
Frances MaGinness you should try cooking your eggs with coconut oil instead of butter, taste is amazing and also keto also 😂
Inspiring.
I wonder what products she uses when she's cleaning
Yes!! Chocolate is the ONE thing I still crave on Keto, even after a year. I’m beginning to wonder if I’m addicted to the Serotonin or something.
Dark chocolate chips in a peanut butter fat bomb. If you need a little sweeter add a little powdered monk fruit.
I love Choc Zero, 85%. Sweetened with Monkfruit. One carb. Fulfills the cravings. Done. Yummmm....
I found cacao nibs, a natural crunchy chocolate...its not sweet so sprinkling on yogurt can satisfy that craving 🍫
Dr. BERG The Keto Ninja
Does anyone know if Shawn ever did a follow-up video with Dr. Berg? @DrBerg
Weight Watchers! Me Too! Weighed in grade school! Me too! Atkins has stopped working for me. Keto and IF for me.
She was messing with microphone whole time. Great very informative video
Lol.
Yes life changing for me too! Thanks!
Have you done the follow up with this lady?
Please please please talk about hypocalcemia please i need your help
PS, yes I have just made my mothers Italian cheese cake my way for Easter,YUMMY
Dr thank you thank you i been watching your videos and your help is changing my life i lost so much weight and not craving about sugar or bad food which i was very addicted to it gracias Dr
Dr Berg- I'd be curious as to your opinion on "Athletic Greens Premium Green Super Food Cocktail" it's sold on Amazon so you can see the ingredient list. I try to take it every morning but it isn't cheap. Thank you in advance if you get the chance. Appreciate your knowledge.
Love the food ideas, Ty
Where is her follow up interview?
Never going to eat sugar again. Just remember youre talking to addicts. I use to be one but now just the smell of sugar make me sick now. It is something that needs to be communicated over.
Shawn's Story is similar to mine. Born 10 lbs. I have always weighed more than every one else.
I read if you have Hashimotos you can't eat raw kale. What's you take Dr. BERG
Deb Nazario Kale is the “new” fad vegetable.
Belle histoire très inspirante.
👍very helpful
You asked about tingling in fingers and toes. What is that saying? I have been diagnosed ith neuropathy because of long term swelling of legs, feet, and ankles.
