Sir this design is one of your best. The bedrooms are of a generous size which is a pleasant change. And I love the balcony off the main bedroom. But maybe an alternative doorway to it rather than having to walk through that bedroom might have been an idea. Congrats.

It’s going to cost about the same as a traditional home, it’s not that much of a savings at the end of the day. You save on some materials but have to spend on more. So it’s more style, it is a bit faster then building a traditional home but not that much of a cost savings at the end of the day.

It's not practical lose the pool build a green house with sloping roof to edge of the container on the side loses the balcony chair put a plain deck roof the deck at the same slope as the greenhouse with the solar panels and put in a bigger better wind turbine generator it only needs 4 containers to build or 2 expandable containers same cantilever

I would like to rent out and sell the houses in Greece and Germany.
I would like 2 houses ore more (new business) next to each other, about 40-60 square meters per house
My idea is downstairs kitchen, seating with dining area
And a small toilet and maybe upstairs a bathroom and bedroom.
Or everything as a bungalow on one floor and stairs from the outside and use the roof as a terrace.
And on the roof a frame with solar as a sun canopy and space to sit.
