@Alexiaden93 If you listen to the original song and solo you will hear what I'm talking about. The solo starts around 3:00 to 3:30...It depends on the youtube version.

But one thing we can agree on ( I hope) is that the original solo is one of the best out there. I think JP nailed it, it got all the elements that a solo for this kind of song needs.

These secounds it is "out of time", means not spot on. It is way to laidback. The feel of this part of the solo (original) is actually the other way arround, it should be spot on the beat. The next phrase should on the other hand be a "tap" in front of the beat. And this is the way it shifts through out the solo.

It's the *slow* parts that sounds cold, expecially in the beginning with the little stops you do, they sound kinda disconnected, and to my ears, slightly worse than the original.
