Its annoying how she mumbles on to something she doesn't know and miss out vital informations. I really like the video she makes but her information confuse me so much that sometimes I don't know what audience she's aiming for....
Thank you! I found my dream home. While watching the tour, I can already imagine how I'll fill the spaces and where my guests and family will be. As someone who loves to host, this space will be perfect for building my ideal family. This is just so gorgeous.
Absolutely a perfect dream house for me. The rooms are spacious. Every part of the house is relaxing, and the best thing is that it feels very homie despite it being very big and has many functional spaces. The glass walls connect every part of the house as one.
This is the best so far. It kinda ticks all the boxes for me. The elevator is a glass one located on a corner so not claustrophobic. The bath tub is usually beside the toilet and a wall, but this one is beside a glass wall with view, toilet is far away so that's so cool. The rest are just the best.
When you don't have a Real View of a mountain range, sea, or cityscapes, it's a must to fill your house with all the ameneties to keep your mind pre-occupied if you're not focused on your business, school, or lovelife? lol Beautiful, gorgeous, amazing, complete home for those that can afford it. As always, another pleasant episode when it is Julia from Presello showcasing homes!
That right there is the ultimate dream house. The lighting, the wooden floors, the cabana, the huge spaces, the kitchens , the infinity pool and most especially the sauna and nature surrounding that huge house is just perfect. Hopefully I could own a home like that and share it with my parents and sibs. Super love the design and how it is nestled in nature. 😍😍😍 just wow! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
WOW NA WOW! Nice home, and I love those mature trees. Kudos sa Architect/Designer really 15:11 done a good job! Lalo akong na inspired. Thanks for showing some beautiful homes. Julia is amazing!
wow ang ganda! this house is not only yayamanin but pangmayaman talaga. I love the fact that the rooms are interconnected via the balcony. there's a lot of exit and entry ways. ang sarap sigurong makipaglaro ng habulan at taguan dito. ang dami kasing madadaanan para hindi ka kaagad mahuli at makapagtago hahaha!
This is the longest tour I’ve been on. It’s beautiful but couldn’t hang the whole video. I suggest shortening the video to a few minutes with a highlight of the entire house.
People complain how she delivers her statements as if we normal people can afford this house. Those who can afford doesn't really care, they can buy it without questions.
For an exclusive home, it is essential to showcase it in a manner that complements the millwork, materials, and every detail. This requires thorough preparation and familiarity with the property to avoid appearing unprepared or uninformed in videos. Get on your game Julia.
The problem with big houses is, cleaning and maintaining the house, repainting every five years and if the property has a big lot that has a lawn, that lawn has to be manicured every two weeks and watered every day. Cleaning the interior everyday and power washing the roof, walls and pavements every month or two. Manicuring the lawn every two weeks involves trimming the lawn, and fertilizing every season (every 3 months), areating every fall (start of the rainy season then fertilizing and overseeding the lawn etc etc etc and if you want the lawn to look like a baseball field lawn you have to cut it with a rotary mower and not a regular lawn mower. Of course one has to do the same thing with a small house, you can take a wild guess on the take away and point. Time and Money.
Gasgas na pero kapag kaya mong bumili ng ganito, you probably have properties worth at least 2B combined to be able to healthily take a loan to buy this house in the first place. Monthly income of those properties, if at least half are income generating, would be more than enough to maintain this house without a sweat.
@@Ivan-bg1jp Life is short, I am 60 years old, have worked outside the country for 40 years. I have lived in a 3-bedroom condo, a 3-bedroom single family home (house and lot), a 5-bedroom single family home in a gated community up on the hill with decent views (valued at 1/2 million with 50k worth of upgrades 2008) in another country. What I learned during those times is owning a small house with minimal conveniences, is sufficient since I would spend less time cleaning the small single-family home and spent most of the time making the front and back of the house look like eye candy (Yard work). When we were selling that house (our purchase price was 180k and sold it after 5 years for 250k), the first thing the realtor noticed was how deep green my lawn was and asked me how I kept my lawn looking as green as it did, was lush and manicured, I answered the realtor know when the real year begins (not January) and keep a complete year cycle plan. I enjoyed doing yard work which was the first thing I did every time I got off work and got home at around 4pm every other day. I also enjoyed learning new recipe's in the kitchen, which my wife immensely enjoyed taste testing. I concluded that having a small house that has eye candy view (doing yard work), a decent size kitchen where I can bake my own bread every morning and bake NY pizza on demand as well as cooking fancy food better than fine dining, and having extra cash for outings or vacation is a complete happiness package, it would have been a better package if I was able to grow my own gulay garden, unfortunately the HOA rules were very prohibitive.
cleaning and maintenance is the least of problems at this price level. however, you still have a point as some billionaires in the world don't have this large and expensive of a house like this. major issue with this property is lack of features, amenities and technology. at this price a buyer can simply make and design his own.
@@zodiacfml Cleaning and maintenance is actually the question that answers how one plans to build a house that affords ease of upgradeability in matters of features, amenities, and new technology as well as minimize the maintenance and upgrade costs so that one can buy more toys to play with.
@@jesustorralba2360 i get your point because myself i don't like too much maintenance if I were rich because service people would be coming in and out of the rooms and the property. however, most rich people want nice looking things for whatever reason-no wonder these hard to maintain houses exist.
Hi pwede mo din ba Sabihin kung sino gumagawa Ng mga sliding doors and windows? parang maganda. ung iba kasi nakikita ko sa paligid na gawaan tunog Lata. 😅
Nice house but the extensive use of glass walls and its huge dependence on air conditioning is not ideal in tropical settings like our country where weather conditions are extreme for most part of the year. Natural ventilation, the full advantage of sources of oxygen from abundance of trees, foliage were not prioritized in design development. Huge carbon imprint in a residential property in the suburb.
Beautiful house.. But, I just don't get how the asking price for this house is 460M pesos. That price is comparable to houses sold in Sydney, Australia's most luxurious suburbs with Harbour and Ocean views.
Can we play a game here? Parang 'Price Is Right' na tema. We'll guess the price of the house and whoever's guess comes close wins the game! This will be around 45M?
thanks for the video, interesting. Property is a good pass but the bad taste on its glossy floor tiles, lack of exotic features like indoor garage or rooftop, and amenities. Asking price also out of touch considering that people who can actually afford this can simply build their own house according to their wants and needs.

Ouch, just saw a cell tower just behind the house. Not at all healthy to be that close even with the 4G microwave repeater. Once made into 5G if it is not already, I would have to pass this property just for that reason alone. Let's just relocate the tower some place else and buy this house! LOL
The good: solar panels. Yay sustainable energy and less to pay for electric bills. The bad: do these rich people really have a penchant for having the moisture of the bath and their bodily excrement mix with their clothes? Their call but for me it's ew. T&B and wardrobe in separate rooms for me thanks.
