Welcome to my channel! I hope you like my first video, I'm really excited to share it with you and I'm pretty proud of it :)
Please don't hate me when I didn't included someone you like or if I included someone you dislike, I tried to also add some Eponine's that aren't well know (but should be!!)
Here are some comments from me about the singers in the video:
Rosalind James - I love that her voice is so powerful and emotional! She's my second favourite Eponine! And she was in a production with Katie Hall as Cosette who is my favourite singer ever :3
Sutton Foster - Even though many of you will disagree with me, I still think she's emotional and her voice and her version of this song make me very sad. I think she has a kinda sweet voice and her belt is amazing!!!
Marissa McGowan - I think she's very cute as well and she reminds me so much of Heather McNamara from Heathers :) I'm sure she'd be awesome singing Lifeboat! The way she sings the first "pretending" sounds like the way Elle McLemore sings "tiniest" in Lifeboat hahaha
Andrea McArdle - She's very fitting for the role and she reminds me of Frances Ruffelle who I adore :)
Samantha Barks - I think she's a great actress and I think she was a good choice for the movie, but she's not part of my favourites as Eponine (please don't hate me, it's my opinion)
Ma-anne Dionisio - She's getting better and better while the song goes on. Her belts are sooooo fantastic as well!
Joanna Ampil - She is soooo underrated!!!!! I love her in all her roles, she's my religion xD You should all go and watch her I dreamed a dream!!!!
Lea Salonga - Her singing is just fantastic, I sometimes wonder if she's an alien xD She's always pitch perfect! But I prefer her as Fantine because I think she fits better there.
Nikki M James - Everyone thinks she doesn't fit the role, but I think she's perfect especially fpr this role! And please stop hating her; her Tony Award speaks for itself!
Frances Ruffelle - SHE'S THE BEST
I love how dramatic she acts (it reminds me of myself xD) I'm always so sad listening to her On my Own...

I hope I can make videos like that too some day, but it's so time comsuming! Anyway, it's so lovely and such a good editing for a first video 0.0 So impressing!

I agree with Rosalind James, she's so amazing in every song! Very underrated as well!
You know, I love Sutton, but I think she seems a bit to mature for Eponine. Vocally, she's divine! I'm actually ok with her acting...I prefer it like that over over-acting.
Marissa is cute, but not fitting for Eponine in my opinion. Now I will always see Heather McNamara when I listen to her xD
I really like Andrea, but she never stood out for me, even though her belts are really great and effortless.
Samantha is a good actress, but her voice annoys me so much and I don'T think she fits Eponine...unpopular opinion, I'm aware of that.
Ma-Anna has a pretty voice, I prefer her in Miss Saigon though. I don't really like her belts...she uses a bit too much vibrato while belting for my taste. But they sound really effortless!
Oh my gosh, you included Joanna Ampil!!!!!!! I love her so much!!!!!
Lea is my all-time favourite singer, but I understand why you think she fits better for Fantine. But her acting is so great as Eponine and her voice is perfection, I can look over the fitting easily :)
Nikki is my third favourite Eponine! I love the way she acts, and her voice sounds like Eponine should sound for me :)
Frances is amazing, she's so into it and emotional every time, she's lovely and just embodies Eponine! A big favourite for sure!
