When i whatch your videos, i can sense, that there's something coming through, which are not your thoughts. Like you're "beeing used" by the consciousness by talking with an empty mind. I can sense it, because I'm feeling "my own" beeing and spaciousness very strong. Therefore you're a great teacher because you are a representation of consciousness while you talk. Which is, in my opinion, more important than what you say. And i just want to thank you for sharing you're experiences with us (on an absolut and a relative level)! Coming from a practice-oriented buddhist path, your content about beeing fed up with teqniques and practices was a true gamechanger for me. I can say that you really teached me how to give up and sink truly in what i am and what i am around me. Thank you also for bringing the recognition of counsciousness into the world!
I think I'm convinced that my thoughts will become reality. Everytime I have a disturbing intrusive thought I feel like it will manifest because I've been hearing about how thoughts are like seeds that become reality. And so I compulsively try to get that thought out which only makes it feel more real.
You dont have to fear that your thoughts ll become reality, it does not work just like that, fearing your thoughts and then fearing their power in sense that they can become reality brings you only into a loop of inner hopeless fight trying to run away from them, to somehow destroy these thoughts which you think can possibly create something you dont want to and this all is only added dimension of another fear, it is an illuzion, you dont have to change these thoughts nor change the belief that they ll become real, just be aware of them, it takes all the power away from them, it is simple
I don’t seem to feel fear very often but I am plagued by free-floating anxiety that seems to arise from nowhere, as a physical experience, rather than mental or emotional. I find this always makes it difficult to relax and centre.

Just a note of caution; don't use bluetooth headsets, use wired instead. bluetooth too close to your head damages the brain by syncing through your skull. Further great guy, great video's. Keep up the good work!!
Dig deeper that's is a myth. Bluetooth uses non-ionizing radiation, which is much weaker than ionizing radiation. Non-ionizing radiation, like that from Bluetooth devices, is generally considered safe because it doesn't have enough energy to damage DNA or cells. So, using Bluetooth wireless headsets at normal levels is not known to harm your brain.
Hey Brother, on the topic of fear, what recommendations do you have for health anxiety and sensory symptoms stemming from a dysregulated nervous system? I have found mindfulness to be more helpful than anything else but i still struggle at times! Appreciate your work 🙏

Hey man, so I'm a bit confused here, you said to watch our breath, but then also mention observing the thoughts, do I do both? Do I watch my breath first, and then transition into watching my thoughts, or both at the same time? I get confused sometimes when people say "watch the breath" but then also mention to watch the thoughts, if you could maybe clear this up for me, i'd really appreciate it!
I don't know if you'll reply to this, but what is your intellectual view of mental disorders and can one fully heal from that? I experienced psychosis 3 years ago and the whole experience was that traumatising that I live in fear that it'll happen again. I find myself analysing everything I think and feel to avoid the suffering I experienced during that time of stress and anxiety. I just want to feel peace more than I do fear.. thankyou :)
feel allowed to be angry and negative in order to push it out from your system, dont feel guilty about it, after that you will find a new better inner balance.
@@ascendor.ascendor Yes, but that is on the level of the experience, but we are supposed to be both or is it that we are only a limited part of infinite consciousness (or is it ALL of infinite consciousness having one limited experience - I suppose it doesn't matter). As Spira says, a finite localisation of the infinite? Still, this one of my big "stumbling blocks" if there is such a thing, that there still appears to be a local, finite, perspective. It's easy to feel the expansiveness, spaciousness, etc. but then when it comes to experiences, it is limited to what is here.

I find this confusing. Synchronization of the left and right hemispheres is a positive form of therapy.
If done natural yes, bluetooth is not natural, it is technical with no harmonic emf’s
