I miss Roman, so I found some gluten-free organic Roman at Whole Foods the same that you got I cooked it how the instructions say I thought it was bad It was too diluted so I cooked it my way. I let the water boil then I poured a little bit of cayenne pepper and Himalayan salt in the boiling water. Then I put the noodles in the boiling water let it cook for six minutes or until soft. take the noodles out, put them in a bowl with no water just the noodles, then I add the seasoning packet all over and I stirred it real good poured a little bit just a drop or 2 of the water from the pan onto the noodles with a fresh squeeze of lime and It was amazing. Yeah it won’t be like a soup but it was good.
