I love it. Thank you for remembering I said that. I’m not sure how much you watch my channel but I do a lot of food reviews because it’s a vegan channel as well as my training journey. That includes Krav Maga and Muay Thai as well as…….you guessed it, Bjj. I’ve had a shoulder issue since my 2nd degree Krav Maga black belt test. Training intensely just made it worse. I’m taking just some time off so that it heals properly. Thank you for keeping me on track😉👊🏻💪🏽

Veganism is too extreme and may not help me stay focused on the journey. I prefer the freedom to choose whats good for me and planet and besides, Jesus wasn't even vegan ( my opinion ) 😀
