Lifts for sure. That‘s why i was rooting for their opponents. Bump setting the whole game and did a good job at it
Indeed that one kid doesn’t understand hand-setting legally. You can set from chest level if the motion is only UP! He brings the ball down to his chest, then up.
great playing by the two champs. played them at another tourney and knew they were due! much deserved AAA 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

@@clay_knapp I’m just pointing out the obvious fault here. It’s surprising to me he’s getting away with it/it’s an injustice to the other team. He’s young, talented with potential but if someday doesn’t clue him in/coach him he will not reach his full potential. That being said, no, I’m not a AAA/tourney guy.

He isn‘t close. That‘s a life on 4/5 sets. His partner at least had some solid ones but the light blue shirts guy…
balls coming to a complete stop, its a lift/catch and throw whatever you want to call it. and I'm a beach guy
It’s clearly a lift. I don’t think it’s particularly close at all. He clearly contacts the ball, drops it down almost to a complete stop, and then throws it out. That’s bad.
They won lifting all those hand sets? It’s not even a question. He brings the ball down with his hands every time! WTF? The other team should have said something. The young dude (light blue) needs to bump set all the time. You can not bring the ball down after the point of contact. A little wrist cushion is one thing, bending your elbows down and up is NOT COOL.

@@davidbrandin6916 Dude, if you are an aspiring athlete and you’re setting like that then I know you don’t have a coach.. or need another. The kid has talent but if he wants to compete and and not get embarrassed at AAA he needs correcting/hand therapy.
do you guys see how intense that wind is! wow. I would personally take it easy on hands calls when it's that windy (house rule)
