Jw how is the sand in this facility? Deep, or jumpers sand?
Its an in between. The court was freshly raked for this game so it was nice and flat for the most part but it can get medium deep when not maintained. Not a hermosa level of deep but also not a clearwater level of flat concrete@@shaunturner4652
This is one of those tourneys where the semi-final game is with the top two teams, not the finals game lol.
a totally deserved win for those 2, hard to tell which one should be the MVP, the one with the bandena or the shirtless blocker, they both played so well in this game. Congrats!
Agreed! They both played great and even came back from being down 8-14 in the semifinal game I posted yesterday.
I have to say, even with no wind and sun and with jumper’s sand, the winning team definitely exhibited solid AAA level skills in this final game! Glad to see it!
A ton of talent in this match for sure!🔥
Three things:
1. I don’t know if there was some secret handshake for Rohan to get all the serves, but from my Monday morning quarterback perspective on the other side of the country, maybe try the other guy hahaha.
2. Ro, you guys look good in-system, but I was more impressed with the things you did out of system. Lemons to lemonade, much?
3. Keep posting these. There is a NORCECA qualifier happening right now as we speak, yet, I found myself drawn to this.
First time meeting Rohan and I was impressed as well!
There’s some real talent out here on the east coast! I do admit though I miss the Cali weather and playing outside.

@@KT______ NYU but Highline is the only facility close by that’s hosting tournaments. Talked to a lot of guys out here that say they know you!

@kevinnardone7 Just didn't have enough shots, this is a lesson for all players that don't have consistent power, develop deceptive shot making to mitigate lack of power.
