- This 1 tool changed how I will detail from now on. It’s so simple, so effective, so innovative, I don’t know how I’ve gone this long without it. Works perfect for removing grime, grease, oil, mold, tree sap, cleaning wheels or cleaning anything. Great on concrete, siding, windows, and more. Link below.

I just want to add to this because I have a lot of experience using these nozzles on high powered industrial pressure washers.
With a high pressure and flow washer along with a large powerful turbo nozzle it will cut through soft materials like wood, hoses, fabrics and weather stripping. I have never seen or herd of it breaking glass or denting metal. Obviously it will bend radiator fins too if you get too close.
I often use it to clean rust flakes and damaged paint off of metal but it doesn't take off paint that is in good condition. I've only seen it remove paint where there is damage. Even when there is damage to paint it only flakes off the paint around the damage but its just impossible to strip good paint with a turbo nozzle. It will take off a bad spray paint job but not a properly done paint job.
The reality is, turbo nozzles increase efficiency incredibly and the maximum aggressiveness. The aggressiveness is controlled by the distance. You could safely spray a persons bare skin if you did it far enough away, and if you go up close you can literally remove a persons flesh down to the bone.
These are not dangerous, they just need to be understood. The only time unwanted damage is caused by these is when there used by someone who doesn't have the necessary knowledge or experience or they just don't have the skill and finesse to use it well.
I'm a professional power washer, and I only dare to use the turbo nozzle on brick and other stone surfaces, and you're using it on cars? More power to ya.
Trust me, I know what you're thinking lol. Well there's 2 caveats here. I use it 97% of the time for wheels only and 2 engine bays that the customer OK'd. The other is my pressure washer at 1400-1700psi. STILL I don't recommend on painted surfaces if you want to keep it painted lol or on old or weak paint at a close distance or directly. Use the common sense rule and it's an awesome aide in certain situations. About 300 cars later and amazing wheels, undercarriages, and wheel wells.
@@mthusiastmedia9782Sounds like a man with common sense. Do you thing, bro.
@@robski461616 just have to remember there’s a few others out there that don’t. Probably going straight to a door with this thing.
Dub...Totally agree about the car use, a friend here in UK was desperate to show me how good these nozzles are and he stripped the paint off of one panel on his car in seconds because the panel had a stone chip in it. Good paint stripper though.
The turbo nozzle is epic for us cleaners!
Yes sir. Very powerful. I’ve been lucky enough to not have to break it out in a long time.
Just want to add some clarity. DO NOT USE THIS WITH HIGH PRESSURE OR AT CLOSE DISTANCE. I'm under 2000 psi and almost never have to use it on paint. There are a few exceptions but a healthy distance and angle will be your friend. Some people wash using this nozzle exclusively and swear by its safety.....I've seen how it powers through wheel and engine bay grime and with the right distance, it's great but overkill for most. Use your judgment.
Yes. very high pressure. Not suppose to use it on most surfaces. It's not meant for cars, or housing. Turbo nozzle will break windows, bricks, fencing.
It's meant for concrete on stubborn stains such as gum on sidewalks.
Lol especially for higher psi machines. Turbo nozzle on a 4,000+psi will definitely cause serious damage.
I really hope that your insurance is amazing if your washing peoples cars using the “turbo nozzle” as you can strip paint and clear coat in minutes using that attachment!
Oh absolutely lol. There is right and wrong way to use this as well.
Been using the turbo nozzle on all of my cars for several years with no issues. As long as you stay 8" or more from the paint you are fine and it is very effective for removing caked on dirt.
@@TheSmithereens80 yeah it’s been a game changer for sure. I keep a healthy distance and only use it on newer cars. I do a few classics and beat up cars a few times a week so I go to a regular 45 degrees for those. I don’t have to scrub wheels hardly at all any more. Tire wells are spotless. Cuts straight through old stuck on tree sap and years of pollen.
At least 4000 psi needed before you worry about that. Watch ammo NyC he washes one off hyper cars with high pressure.
@@TheSmithereens80 _That's cool, but turbo nozzles are not intended for washing cars it's for concrete guy.._
Turbo nozzle is a red tip that spins. It can cut wiring and peal paint. Don’t wash an engine bay with it.
Which ones do you recommend? And what was that yellow adjustable nozzle?
Good, thorough info. Great vid 👍
A surface cleaner is also great for large flat areas.
what do u use for the body of car on paint
im from uk i use nozzle with 45° with 0.3 orfice it works a treat ....in reality you only need to use pressure washer to get off your products
I’ve played around with my orifices early on and discovered the 2.5 which is roughly 1.07mm keeps my flow rate low, doesn’t load the machine down, and gives me plenty of power with a 45 degree. The turbo nozzle is legit over kill now but a game changer if/when you need it. I have a 1.25 orifice which I think is .85mm and my electric pressure washer didn’t like it and the gas machine was too powerful with it. I’m going to some more studying though.
I just bought a 2000 psi electric power washer from Menards (Master Force brand)... It came with a 15° nozzle, a cheap (but decent) foam cannon, and a turbo nozzle all for $169... I wasn't sure what the turbo nozzle was for, so thank you! I felt like I got a good deal before, now I know I got a great deal!
Hopefully it’s working out great for you. I have my mobile setup and my in garage setup. In my garage I’m using the Karcher 1800 PSI electric pressure washer which in reality puts out 1300-1400 PSI constant and the turbo nozzle is great with that. Strong enough to blast heavy grime but not strong enough to damage anything. With my gas pressure washer reduced down to 1800 psi constant, it can get rowdy lol.
I have a dewalt turbo nozzle, can you change the mode from spinning to not spinning? I'm asking because I just bought this DeWalt pressure washer and at first the water coming out the turbo nozzle was more of a steady pressure, after couple uses now the pressure is a spinning water jet
😂”why didn’t anyone tell me!?”
Cool video bro!!! Thx
What the song used in video ?It's amazing ...
now try the dual turbo-nozzle lance
Wouldn't a focused water stream remove paint from your car?
Not only remove it, itcan start to cut as well.
Thanks bro
Where did you get that green adjustable nozzle tip ?
You're mad, the pressure hurts car surfaces, only use this on masonry.
Just saying, I service a few hundred vehicles a month. Not a single issue. I’m not using this directly on painted surfaces except in one or two specific instances (client directed). Works wonders on wheels, undercarriage, and muddy, concrete or paint splattered wheel wells. Low pressure, distance and angle. My gun has a set of custom orifices to allow me to regulate pressure and flow. It’s an amazing tool when you use it right. Not just slapping it on an off the shelf commercial pressure washer set up and going off to remove paint lol. That’s insane.
Can I use this on Worx cordless washer?
I have the option to replace the nozzle.
I’m not sure if it produces enough power to sustain the rotation so you could get a high focal single stream and damage something or not get a spray pattern at all. Worth a try though.
@@mthusiastmedia9782 The high pressure on the cordless washer is 370 psi, will try this nozzle.
@@omkarkaralkar hmmm let me know how it works. If it’s enough pressure, it could really make those lower pressure machines really versatile.
@@mthusiastmedia9782 Yes Sure.
i tried using the rotary head and yes it does a great job at removing weeds between interlock stones but the debris flys everywhere. If anyone has any suggestions how to prevent this like with a shield maybe, I’d be interested in knowing
hey dude northern tool the repair kit $49.99 come apart replace the glass spiner and tip bingo 20 minutes
blue sky window cleaning
Thanks brother. These things are amazing for the tough stuff. As long as people are smart with how they use it, easily one of the best tools to have. Low pressure, proper distance, right angle. Go head on at 4000 psi and it’s destroying anything in front of it lol. Body part probably included lol.
Have you used the double turbo nozzle
Whhhaaatttt. That exist. That might be interesting. Going to find one and try it out.
Shit $45 I bought one off Amazon for $25 but lost it after one job. My local pressure store has them for $100 and $140 he said the $140 one is such good quality but idk that’s a lot of money.
i see you r in n c stateville road charlotte n c look up northern tool one in mathews one in burling just off 85
Awesome options. I actually live closer to the one in Rock Hill, SC but they are often out of stock on things. I’ll check the other ones out.
Be careful with that nozzle your tear something up.
I may do a follow up video. I don't want people to start removing finishes, paints, and clear coats like there's no tomorrow lol. This is a GREAT tool but like any other tool, you have to know how to use it. Think a follow up is coming.
Too much talking repeating yourself
nice nose
Umm thanks 🤷🏾♂️
No thank you for the nose👃🏿
