What does the "c" stand for in cptsd? Is it chronic PTSD or something?

It's associated with multiple trauma factors.....especially stemming from childhood....many people form C-PTSD from long term exposure to repeated trauma.....or maybe multiple traumas over many years....in my case I've had both and it almost killed me. Not anymore....I will not let my past control my future.

That was beyond incredible... I wish people would just enjoy these moments. Recording a little snippet of the moment is okay to look back on, but just holding their device up the entire time, they're not taking in the moment.

@@el-xy1tq Last summer an old, restored Big Boy train came rolling through our local yard. Once-in-a-lifetime chance to see it. I tried to record it and ignore my camera. Absolutely not the same thing, and I was concentrating too much on the phone in my hand even when I wasn't looking at it. There's just no substitute for getting a look at the thing with your own eyes. It's a HUGE, beautiful train. Hell, the wheels alone were almost my height. The videos do it little justice. It deserved all of my attention in the moment.
I surely did snap plenty of pictures when it stopped, though!
