They didnt break and came out round. consumed less oil . Also I did not mix the entire flour in one stretch. used warm water and made little amount of dough as needed

Viji Lakshmi you use urad dhall powder, 4cups rice flour ,1/2 cup of urad dhall powder and add ingredients and press in cotton cloth in small and some time fry in oil some medium flame its comes good i doing the same try it.
