    I quit drinking coffee years ago and doing so drastically improved my mental health. Unfortunately, cutting caffeine out entirely had a negative impact on my productivity. I decided to compromise by finding a cleaner, healthier, less jittery caffeine source than coffee.
    In this Magic Mind vs MudWTR video, I pit the top two coffee alternative products on the market right now against each other to determine which, if either, is worth the money. ..

    The other downside of Mud/wtr is that it very quickly separates and collects at the bottom of you cup, leaving the top portion that you drink to be very ‘thin’, while a glob of gunk collects at the bottom.
    This is why they include a nice little ‘foam mixer’ with every subscription.
    But the separation happens very quickly, so you’re re-mixing with almost every sip.

      Yup, I agree. I won't roast the product because I actually like their taste and branding (even if most people don't). But it does settle super fast which can be pretty inconvenient when you just want to sip and enjoy.

    I stopped drinking caffeine about 45 days ago due to increased anxiety and panic attacks. Decided to try changing lifetime habbits along with psychology to work in my mental health. That said i miss coffee and its energy boost so bad in the morning. Had you tried other caffeine before these? Im worried after going cold turkey i will get jittery or anxious if i try the magicmind. That said i order a 15bottle supply to at least give it a shot. Would love your feedback. Thanks!

      I can totally relate to this. Coffee was definitely making my anxiety worse and cutting it out helped a lot. I've tried a few different "coffee alternatives," including some energy/focus supplements. If you're worried about the caffeine making you feel anxious, I recommend starting with half a shot for a few days and seeing how you feel. For what it's worth, each shot has about half the caffeine content of a cup of coffee. Also, for what it's worth, matcha in general has always felt like a far "cleaner," less jittery/anxious type of focus for me than caffeine. It's just so much better. When I'm at a cafe, I go for a matcha-based drink if they have it. Plus, there are some great nootropics in Magic Mind which can help the body deal with stress (adaptogens like ashwagandha for example). I think you'll really enjoy it, but let me know what you think!

      Thank you. I think starting with half in the morning for a few days is a great idea. Let my body get used to caffeine again

      I had to stop drinking coffee several years ago because it gave me raging anxiety after overdoing bulletproof coffees. I actually healed it by accident last month. I was taking 2-3 teaspoons of collosterum a day for a month after getting sick to boost my immune system. I think it healed my adrenals and gut at the same time as could do keto without getting anxiety which i couldnt do before. That then made me start thinking maybe I may be able to drink caffeine again and low an behold I had a double expresso and normally it would ruin my day, I actually felt fine. Going keto may also have helped but convinced the colisterum is what really healed the problem

    Hello. I’ve watched your video about preparing for a flight and I wanted to contact you but I couldn’t find an instagram or mail soo I’m gonna write it here. I’m flying in three days and I’m really nervous. Not about like crashing or stuff like that but I have emetophobia (fear of throwing up) so anytime I go anywhere public my brain convinced me that I’ll be sick. Airplanes are extra bad because you’re stuck in the air. So I’m so scared that I’ll get sick or that someone else will get sick, do you have any tips about how I can reduce my anxiety or calm myself down? Thank you

      @tylerjellis  Год назад

      Hey! Thanks for reaching out. If it's easier in the future, my contact info is here: dontpanicdothis.com/contact/
      As far as dealing with your emetophobia while flying is concerned, you're far from alone here. If you read the comments on that video, MOST people are actually not afraid of the plane going down at all. Like yourself, most people are more afraid of how they'll manage their anxiety in a confined space over an extended period of time.
      Most of the tips in that video can be applied to any type of anxiety (including emetophobia), so I recommend using those for sure. Additionally, of course anything you've learned over the years to help you deal with your emetophobia should work just as well in the air. If you don't already know some good breathwork techniques, meditation exercises, etc. for relaxation, I'd be happy to point you toward a few good ones.
      Also, a pretty big tip: Try to get a seat either over the wings (emergency exit row) or toward the front. The back of the plane experiences more turbulence/bumpiness than the front/wings, which means people in the back are more likely to feel sick onboard. The front and wings are usually pretty smooth by comparison. And I know it's not ideal, but for what it's worth, those seatback pockets always have an emergency bag in case you did feel sick.
      If you'd like, I'm happy to send you some awesome resources that can help with this further. :)

    As soon as you said the price is a draw because of the caffein which is a tiny feature of the drink I knew you were biased and would say magic mind is better lol, price is clearly a win on mudwtrs side

    • @tylerjellis
      @tylerjellis  Год назад +2

      I should've said "Value" instead of "Price." MudWTR is objectively cheaper. The same way a Hyundai is objectively cheaper than a Tesla. Both get me to work, but one feels a whole lot better.
