unofficial dance line is just so good!! Hikaru, Dayeon and Youngeun are insane, all the girls are such great dancers but they're just so SHARP you can tell how much they trained for dancing! I also want to appreciate how much Hiyyih has improved! she definitely had so much potential since the beginning, she just trained individualy before joining her company and gp999 but she's pretty good already, can't imagine all the improvement 2.5 years later, I'm so proud of her!

She hasn't gotten any less amazing but the more hip hop sort of style they've switched to is better suited to Youngeun in my opinion. If Xiaoting works on her isolations a bit, she could easily be in the main dancer line, but for now, I feel like she's more in lead dancer territory along with Yujin and Yeseo

Kep1er has very strong dance line, 8/9 girls are main and lead dancer material ( I excluded Chaehyun, don't get me wrong she is a very good dancer but for me she is more of a main vocalist hence its alright even if she doesn't dance too hard she is already killing it with her angelic sweet voice). Hikaru, Dayeon and Youngeun have great techniques and skills plus they are really good at freestyle too. Xiaoting, Yujin and Yeseo are expression queens, their dance style is more feminine yet powerful. Mashiro is such an underrated dancer my girl needs more appreciation. Bahiyyih is just so elegant. and tbh she is the member who surprises me the most whenever she is on the stage cause everytime I see her she gets better and better.

That amazes me. Also bahiyyih, I can't understand those people(ot8 ofcourse) saying she is the weakest dancer in the group because she is not. I think Bahiyyih is average, that doesn’t mean she is bad. But she does lack across the board for debut (except for her stage presence- her and her facial expressions lol ) That’s what people have a problem with.

hiyyih almost didn't have a real training like the others because she trained by herself: really good for her! to do all this without training is incredible. whether you like her or not, she has a huge potential to exploit. Already in one month of debuting in Kep1er, she has progressed so much, it's crazy! I think she should have the position of sub/lead vocalist and lead dancer.

I always adore how flavorful Hikaru dances. The timing of when she slows down and quickens her moves are just amazing to watch. Her O.O.O performance was on another level.
Dayeon's musicality is so good. When she slows down during the chorus when the choreography slows but can also perform precise isolations- UGH! Her and Yeongeun are so impressive

It's crazy to me how good Kep1er's dance line is. All of them have very unique dancing styles and balance each other out imo. Dayeon is a great power based dancer, she has a really attractive dancing style. I don't know how to explain it. Hikaru has insane body control, musicality and her attention to detail is great. Youngeun is a very versatile dancer. I think she'd also probably be more power based, but she has great versatility and I find her dancing to be more soft than Dayeon. Xiaoting is an elegant dancer. I've always found her to be very fluid, especially her hips and I believe she did Latin dance? That could be a big reason. She also did ballroom so her elegance definitely stems from there. Those 4 would be my main dancer material imo. Little shoutout to Yujin though because she is also super versatile!

Hiyyih hips are really strong. I noticed that since gp999 she is young but has wide and strong hip and it's so attractive 😩. Her body is really healthy and well-proportioned . Hikaru has the best technique in Kep1er n even better than momo technique Xiaoting has the best body control n fluidity Dayeon has the best energy well controlled energy Youngeun has the best sharpness between them So that’s a point here why they all deserve the main dancer posting, they all r great choreographers too
My personal favorite dancers in Kep1er are Bahiyyih, Hikaru, and Youngeun because the three of them have a really contrasting dancing style as I see! Hiyyih is the elegant dancer, Hikaru is the sharp dancer, while Youngeunie is the powerful one and thing that I love the most about their dancing is that they don’t exaggerate moves!!

Why is it that kpop stans are obsessed with this analysis stuff for both dancing and singing. Would they be rating Adele's singing or how Nicki Minaj raps or how doja dances whenever they drop something new?. And why is it that any idol that has overdone and sharp moves is considered the main dancer.
Not really cuz if an Idol wanna be "main dancer" she need to have the best in every terms like, movement lock,fluidy, musicality and so on... Not all energetic dancer can pass as main dancer

It's funny how everyone says that Dayeon was the best when in this slow motion she made two very slight mistakes (not counting the part where they were all slightly uncoordinated) if I base myself on this video, I can say that the ones who interpreted MVSK the best were Hikaru, Xiaoting, Bahiyyih, Yijin, and Young Eun, but they all gave her elegance and power. I realize that people are very blind with their favorites and do not realize the details, although for me they were all fantastic. God! this was just the debut, imagine how they will evolve in the next comeback. 😭❤

my opinions that no one asked for: - hikaru and dayeon will be the main dancers, if we could have 3 main dancers the third person would be youngeun. - lead dancers would be yeseo and xiaoting/yujin - youngeun isn’t main vocal material yet at this point. why? because she still lacks technique, even tho she sounds hella good. she doesn’t show any signs of supporting her voice, which immediately puts her in F+/E tier of vocalists. she needs proper vocal training and more experience. chaehyun will be the only main vocalist (for now) - xiaoting is main dancer material but she definitely won’t be main dancer in kep1er. she definitely is one of the better dancers in gp999 but look, in kep1er she’s literally ranked 5th in dance (yujin 6th and yeseo 4th). i based this off a few dance analysis videos of kep1er, so don’t come at me. and i noticed (and im not even a dancer) that her upper body is super stiff, and her leg movements lack power and precision (very evident in the O.O.O video). yeseo’s body is way more flexible and fluid, so she looks more appealing to me.
as an actual dancer, i respectfully disagree. while your rankings are completely based on your personal preference, i’d like to put a word in regarding your comment about xiaoting’s dance abilities. while xiaoting may not have the type of dance style that people obsessively fawn over, you cannot tell me that she’s stiff and has no power and precision in her movements. this is especially proven by the numerous national & international awards she has won competing in a dance genre that completely relies on said skills. objectively, she’s one of the relatively stable dancers in kepi (along with a lot of them tbh). she probably has to go an extra mile too because she has to increase the severity of her movements for the overall look of the group (lower and bigger movements because she’s almost a head taller than some of the members).
@@myouyos well my opinion was based on multiple videos i watched that had actual dancers comment on their dancing. i could find the link of the video where a dancer pointed out xiaoting's stiffness in her upper body, making yeseo a better dancer than xiaoting because yeseo's body is more flexible. that being said, xiaoting is at most slightly better than yeseo, but cant be compared to the top 3.

It's crazy to me how good Kep1er's dance line is. All of them have very unique dancing styles and balance each other out imo.
Dayeon is a great power based dancer, she has a really attractive dancing style. I don't know how to explain it.
Hikaru has insane body control, musicality and her attention to detail is great.
Youngeun is a very versatile dancer. I think she'd also probably be more power based, but she has great versatility and I find her dancing to be more soft than Dayeon.
Xiaoting is an elegant dancer. I've always found her to be very fluid, especially her hips and I believe she did Latin dance? That could be a big reason. She also did ballroom so her elegance definitely stems from there.
Those 4 would be my main dancer material imo.
Little shoutout to Yujin though because she is also super versatile!

Hiyyih hips are really strong. I noticed that since gp999 she is young but has wide and strong hip and it's so attractive 😩. Her body is really healthy and well-proportioned . I hope she doesn't go any diet. Because I like her body so much.

My personal favorite dancers in Kep1er are Bahiyyih, Hikaru, and Youngeun because the three of them have a really contrasting dancing style as I see! Hiyyih is the elegant dancer, Hikaru is the sharp dancer, while Youngeunie is the powerful one and thing that I love the most about their dancing is that they don’t exaggerate moves!!

Why is it that kpop stans are obsessed with this analysis stuff for both dancing and singing. Would they be rating Adele's singing or how Nicki Minaj raps or how doja dances whenever they drop something new?. And why is it that any idol that has overdone and sharp moves is considered the main dancer.

the way i'm somehow pleasantly surprised by how little of this (relative to others) is xiaoting... even if she doesn't dance the very best she just steals attention in group performances because of her stage presence and facial expressions she's just innately born to be an idol ngl
It's funny how everyone says that Dayeon was the best when in this slow motion she made two very slight mistakes (not counting the part where they were all slightly uncoordinated) if I base myself on this video, I can say that the ones who interpreted MVSK the best were Hikaru, Xiaoting, Bahiyyih, Yijin, and Young Eun, but they all gave her elegance and power. I realize that people are very blind with their favorites and do not realize the details, although for me they were all fantastic.
God! this was just the debut, imagine how they will evolve in the next comeback. 😭❤

Damn just drinking the haterorade, this is based off of their opinion if you disagree make your own video. And don't try and tell me you weren't being a hater when you basically said the only reason Dayeon got so many highlights was because of favoritism.
Dayeon did not graduate from SOPA for nothing, a dancing machine indeed. Her and Youngeun are definitely the aces of this group!
Hikaru is probably very short so very less noticeable
She has amazing stge presence so even if she has less lines or just at the side she can shine and be noticed.
I mean we’ve been knew Dayeon and Youngeun were the best main dancers and the fact that Chae showed up once 😅

my opinions that no one asked for:
- hikaru and dayeon will be the main dancers, if we could have 3 main dancers the third person would be youngeun.
- lead dancers would be yeseo and xiaoting/yujin
- youngeun isn’t main vocal material yet at this point. why? because she still lacks technique, even tho she sounds hella good. she doesn’t show any signs of supporting her voice, which immediately puts her in F+/E tier of vocalists. she needs proper vocal training and more experience. chaehyun will be the only main vocalist (for now)
- xiaoting is main dancer material but she definitely won’t be main dancer in kep1er. she definitely is one of the better dancers in gp999 but look, in kep1er she’s literally ranked 5th in dance (yujin 6th and yeseo 4th). i based this off a few dance analysis videos of kep1er, so don’t come at me. and i noticed (and im not even a dancer) that her upper body is super stiff, and her leg movements lack power and precision (very evident in the O.O.O video). yeseo’s body is way more flexible and fluid, so she looks more appealing to me.
as an actual dancer, i respectfully disagree. while your rankings are completely based on your personal preference, i’d like to put a word in regarding your comment about xiaoting’s dance abilities. while xiaoting may not have the type of dance style that people obsessively fawn over, you cannot tell me that she’s stiff and has no power and precision in her movements. this is especially proven by the numerous national & international awards she has won competing in a dance genre that completely relies on said skills. objectively, she’s one of the relatively stable dancers in kepi (along with a lot of them tbh). she probably has to go an extra mile too because she has to increase the severity of her movements for the overall look of the group (lower and bigger movements because she’s almost a head taller than some of the members).
@@myouyos well my opinion was based on multiple videos i watched that had actual dancers comment on their dancing. i could find the link of the video where a dancer pointed out xiaoting's stiffness in her upper body, making yeseo a better dancer than xiaoting because yeseo's body is more flexible. that being said, xiaoting is at most slightly better than yeseo, but cant be compared to the top 3.
@@myouyos furthermore, i know she won many awards, but ballroom dancing focuses more on the leg movement, which shows in her dancing where her legs show more power. ballroom dancing is quite different from hip hop and idol dancing, and the top 3 in kep1er (hikaru dayeon youngeun) are clearly better than her. thus she definitely wont be the main dancer in kep1er, but could pass off as one in other groups.

@@dumblechel21 i’m not refuting your opinion so you don’t need to defend your member dance rankings from me. it’s completely subjective and i won’t say a word on that. i am simply saying that while xiaoting may not be the best in your eyes, calling her stiff, weak, and unprecise is a reach and definitely unfounded (seeing as you only got it from one youtube dance reviewer, no?). and yes, mind you, winning competitions does in fact PROVE that she has great power and precision (among others) because that’s literally part of the criteria they use to judge them 💀 that and it also shows that she is acclaimed by ACTUAL dancers and judges to have shown great performances in both ballroom AND latin dance. and while kpop and ballroom/latin dancing are different, power and precision are skills that apply to both genres (probably even more so in ballroom/latin) and are often times carried over (much like how idols who have done ballet can carry over their fundamentals into kpop dancing). not to mention that she has always proudly stated that she participated in ballet, cheerdancing, and oh, hiphop (and a whole lot more that i don’t even remember) that you claim she lacks skills in 😭. you also said initially that she lacked power and precision in her leg work then proceed to contradict yourself by stating that she actually IS powerful when it comes to her leg work. quite confusing to see where you stand.
besides, i simply don’t like to pit the members against each other that way because of comparison fallacy. they’ve all had different dance backgrounds, training periods, experience, and honestly even body build plays a factor in this. so i don’t know where you’re getting the nerve to come down on xiaoting’s abilities this hard as a ‘’non-dancer”?
