Prof Maurice Radebe has always been an intelligent and hard person since his time at Turfloop University in the early 80's. He was my mathematics classmate in 1983.
Bra Dave is a master conversationalist if there is such a word. You are making these conversations a worth to listen to. I always spend 4 hours, 3 hours or 2 always everyday going through the channel without yawning. Great work Sir.
Thank you Mr Mashabela and Prof Radebe for this great conversations. This really lifted my spirit, I’ve been discouraged lately with Masters dissertation that I am currently doing. Finding a balance between heavy workload, school, family and studies is extremely challenging. Thank you for this 🙏🏿
Thanks Mashabela for getting me hooked on your podcasts especially today by bringing the Sasol executive, the company finance my business planning program with UCT Graduate School of Business ran by Dr. Mike Herrington . I managed to secure big business deals and I can't tell how much the program changed my life
As a young person, this was a very good interview. It was full of wisdom and knowledge and it affirmed me to not give up but to keep following my business dreams and wanting more for myself. Thankyou king David and Thankyou Prof Radebe
" It's true Africa 🌍 is not poor, it just that it's poorly led" 🙌🙏♥️ Thanks to Prof Radebe for sharing his journey with us. It was a learning session to me 🙌🙏🖋️ and Thanks to king David keep going
Wow, I enjoyed the knowledge and wisdom shared by Prof. I was amazed by the EXEL - SASOL journey (how it started, the whole broadbased empowerment shortcomings, and also the marketing, branding, joint-venture strategies in starting up as a new business as a differentiator to your competitors, that's was awesome). This has awakened something in me. Hopefully, I will tell my story soon. Big up to you as always King🫡👊🏽 Great interviewer. Congrats on your Masters' qualification🙌 leadership. I didn't know. Continue giving us great content Mr Mashabela, Grootman lam
David, now I know why you are a King. When this conversation started it did not appeal to intwana yase ekasi. Not in a bad way but the prof was exuding a lofty corporate executive aura by the time you were finished the man was easy and rolling 😅 and I could lough along. Keep it up King David.
Thank you King David. What an honor to listen to bab’ Radebe. A man who is deeply committed to God, integrity, and ethical leadership. I'm definitely keeping his payment collection stories from when he was a credit controller for later use, and I'll be more conscious about my hiring practice’s.😂 God bless you bab' Radebe, we are thankful for you.
Brilliant and educational .. how I wish I was placed in an environment that spots talent . So many of us brilliant minds, committed but demotivated as we are placed in work environments that don't believe in grooming us .
King David I am humbled by your interview and I am grateful since I learned a lot from Prof Radebe when I was still his chauffeur, I am what I am today because of Prof and was a great honor and wisdom to work with him.
King David you're doing such a great job, I never know who captivates most between yourself and the person youre interviewing. Great job sir, keep going 👏 👍
Great conversation with Prof Radebe, I enjoyed the conversation. The guy is full of wisdom. Truly inspiring. Please invite Wits Vice Chancellor Prof Vilakazi
Wonderful, eye opening conversation. Thank you so very much, Prof Radebe, for the jewels of wisdom, knowledge and understanding we gleaned from you. 🙌🙏🇿🇦
Its people like you and i who should run for presidency, wise guys like these ones should play advisory roles..its up to us to vote wisely, change our political landscapes..we have lots of potential leaders in this country but we keep placing our future in the hands of incapable people...
That's why I always say we had our own business shop owners, dress makers, hair dressers in most cases free. Freedom brought dependency. Bringing Somalians was a great loss in our country.
2:47:00 Quick question, is it better to register a company through a Trust as it doesn't have legal capacity to stand trial compared to a company? I recently purchased a house and I registered it under my company to protect it from any legal claims against me. Did I make a good decision to put assets like a house and cars under a company?
100% agree with the discussion. Can we look at the other flip of the topic. There are socio elements which forces one to do something which was a way to put bread on the table. That biggest enemy is divorce n what is more imprtant is to be an employee to provide for your kids n their future. A sirit of "sacrifising yourself for the betterment of your children . Iintril what is good n beneficial to them and others. Im about to go on pension but conveyacing is my thing n have started to make plans to persue that ans my business .
I've just discovered your RUclips channel kgoši David and I'm amazed by your interviewing skills and the caliber of your panel. This didn't feel like 3 hrs+. Very inspiring and educational, keep them coming. Hoping to see more panelists, the likes of Vusi Thembekwayo, Mbuyiseni Ndlozi and many more South African intellects motivating us do more for our beloved country. Great interview 👌👌👌
Look, I wasted money getting those MTN Zakhele Futhi shares. What a joke. 7 years later still R3 short of the price I bought them at. WHAT A SCAM!!! Thank you for this interview.
I believe that the teachers today are not living up to a standard of education and curriculum which doesn’t exist today. The standard required for educators is so low that students are getting second best. A salary statisticcame out this year
Sorry, salary statistics came out this year and it shows that teacher’s salaries are amoungst the highest for gouvernemental departments and have the lowest attendance and sick days as well. There are classes in some governmental schools in Mpumalanga where students sit in class days on end without the teacher showing up or a replacement… so education which should be number 1 on SA’s government agenda has been relegated to the bottom. Who would hire a standard 6 in literacy and language even if they had an open position ?
Try teaching 4 classes a day with more than 50 pupils in each class. Marking, administration such as reports and teaching plans etc. Educators in our country are exploited just like other civil servants

I like how he zooms in on the family life, that background matters. For us who are parents it challenges us to parent intentionally ❤

Engage your lawyer on this.
Exposing your personal assets to your creditors, in my opinion not a good idea.
