Diversity in Leadership | How Unexpected Leaders is changing things

Unexpected Leaders is a Diverse City programme which identifies potential in people who are typically underrepresented in leadership. Over the course of a year, or sometimes longer, we provide mentorship, introduce them to a network of peers and give them opportunities to shine.
As this cohort graduates, we're reflecting on the urgent need for this sort of work, and how much of an impact an experience like this can have one individual artists.
