Hi Jason, do scenes on the QC work in the same way as snapshots on the Helix, I.e do they save different parameters and is this a way of what could be described as seamless switching ? In the Helix for example in my signal chain I have a Marshall and a Fender amp and using snapshots I’m able to switch between them seamlessly giving me great variation, also different parameter settings for delays etc as opposed to having different sounds saved on different patches. Is this possible on the QC ? Many Thank Mick
Cool....do you know if you can copy a scene to a different preset than the one that it is in? I have some favorite scenes I would like to move to other presets. Thanks.
In case anyone else is interested, you select one or more blocks in any scene and simply copy and paste them with your standard keyboard shortcuts into any other preset.
When using QC stand alone, in scene mode, in the Parameter Editor menu, you can long hold on any value in the menu and it makes the value scene specific and puts a little icon with a cross and ABCD in each quadrant. How do you do this in Cortex Control? I reread the user manual and watched this video and no mention of it. Thanks.
I was about to return the QC but I thought, it can't possibly be true that I am limited to "always overwrite bypass state." Glad I did a quick search and found this video by a reliable community resource 👍Still might return the QC, but it won't be for this reason! Edit: I apparently spoke too soon. My QC does not behave like shown, so maybe I have a dud 😂

I believe right clicking would bring that up
