Anyone disrespecting the genre of Christian Rock would have a hard time marginalizing this... Glenn's voice is as good as rock vocals get, Christian or otherwise, and their music/lyrics are simply gold. And a HUGE difference here is... they walk the walk. Anyone jaded by hypocritical celebs that mourn for society but live in mansions can rest easy that Rez is forsaking treasure to leave this world better than they found it. God bless them
I saw these guys play in Belfast in 1984, when -- believe me -- no bands played in Belfast. They rocked the Presbyterian Central Hall so much that when the phone rang back at home my ears couldn't hear it. All honour to the Resurrection Band.
Been listening to glen kaiser for along time and so glad hes doing blues, gospel blues that is. He is my favorite musician. I play harmonica and really love the blues and would love just to jam with him. I once helped set up his band Rez at my church years ago. Rez was awesome in concert.
For those who've asked over the years "where is the rest of interview??" There isn't a rest of... This was broadcast on over the air television, Star Song MusicTelevision... in 1985?.. channel 26 maybe in the San Francisco Bay Area... the show lasted maybe 3 months? Sunday nights for 30 minutes... I got this from a friend who had taped it over air on VHS..
I remember that station would play Rez, U2, Petra, Leslie Philips, and other videos. As a Christian teen, I loved it. It was more like 1984 in the Bay Area
