This was my first time too! It was so good i was surprised with how crisp the edges got I thought it wouldn't hold it's shape. I will definitely make it again!
I might have to try that thanks for the recipe and showing it it looks so good I have never tried that in a crockpot but there’s a first time for everything
It was my first time too doing a cake like this, I couldn't believe how crisp the edges were and how moist the inside was. Who knew a crockpot could do that?!
I definitely need to make this. My oven is broken, cant afford to fix it yet. So I use my crockpot, pressure cooker, air fryer and George Foreman grill to cook our daily meals. I'm definitely up to trying a dessert in the crockpot. Looks delicious and it even got the Gianni 🤗 stamp of approval. Lol
Hi Claire. This looks delicious. I’m going to try this with almond flour using erythritol for my sweetener. I’ll use a little more than the recipe calls for. Do you suggest I use maybe two eggs, then fill it up the rest of the way to where it adds up to I cup? I find almond flour for cakes call for more eggs…what are your thoughts?
I love the videos you make then have your husband try on camera. It’s so funny to me because I make things and bring it to my husband and stand by him to see his reaction 💀😂
A coffee cake is a cake you have with coffee. Sort of like how a tea cake in the UK doesn’t have actual tea in it, or even tea sandwiches don’t have tea in them. English can be silly sometimes lol
Hi, i had to to tell you. I made this for a office crockpot party. OMG! I got nothing but compliments from everyone on it! Thank you!!!
I love to hear this!!!!! Thanks for coming back to tell me ❤️
I was asked to make it again. 😊
that looks great, I have never cooked a cake in my slow cooker but this might be the first, I am a sucker for coffee cake.

I like the idea of using parchment in the crockpot to get the cake out! It looks so good and rustic! Good job!
Made apple cobbler and yes I used to put cake batter in a mug...on top of metal rack in presto cooker

Honestly I use my slow cooker more than my oven lol! And an air fryer can pretty much replace an oven too, I love my gadgets!
Love from Sweden 😊❤️🇸🇪
Thanks for sharing ❤️. I'm going to bake this - it looks so good 🥰
Yummy and so easy. Thanks for sharing.

Butter missing from list of dough ingredients
Sorry Claire - did I miss you putting in the coffee?.
In the USA a coffee cake is named this because you eat it with coffee. Sort of like an English tea cake doesn’t have any tea in it.
Why is it called a coffee cake when there is no coffee in it?
Because you traditionally eat it with coffee. Kind of like a tea cake has no tea in it. Just American English doing its thing I guess!
I asked if she forgot the coffee lol. She must mean it’s a cake to have with coffee. X❤
Would be easier if you used grams instead of cups.
Not if you are an American 😂
no ingredients😮
This recipe has too much sugar🤮
