So to review the guidelines again, point 1 states "in the case of Content featuring public nudity, was recorded in or is being broadcast from a country, State or province where public nudity is illegal;
First of all, public nudity in the UK is dependent on what area you are in. For example in England and Wales, it's not an offence to be naked in public but it does become an offence if it can be proved the person stripped off to upset and shock. We can see this with World Naked Bike Ride that happens through London, a prime example of legal nudity. In Scottish law there is no statutory offence, just the common law offence of offending public decency - a strand of the breach of the peace. The test is essentially the same as in English law, that a member of the public has been put in a state of fear or alarm. But you haven't acted on public nudity by stating it in your message so you're good here and even if you did by recording it and broadcasting it, in the UK it's not technically illegal. So you're clear on this point.
Point 2 goes on to give details on the act of performing sexual activities in a public place. This does not even have to be addressed as it is clear you did not perform any sexual activity in a public place as you simply just stated that you enjoy "public sex." There were no given details of you admitting to an event where you performed public sex nor was there any content of you shared performing the act of sex publicly.
So their response is stating "Content features nudity in a place where the general public is or may be visible". is completely invalid, though the platform is entitled to interpret its own rules and regulations, which is what they have obviously done aha.
While I agree that there should be rules and regulations in place to set restrictions on how they want the platform to be used, their application to the rules and guidelines should be applied fairly and not purposely risk banning users unfairly. In law, we often talk about the essence of the law over the word of the law, which really is just legal jargon for saying that it's not so much about the exact words of the law, but more about what the law is trying to achieve. In this case, I would say these rules are trying to stop the public from having to see nudity because of their platform, and you're clearly not trying to break this rule."

You should be pretty comfortable navigating it by yourself, given your fairly technical background. But I appreciate it makes sense to have someone fully qualified go over things with a fine tooth comb.
I have actually been casually browsing legal stuff ( mostly criminal law ) in the last few years, just getting a taste for how things work in law. I thought I was pretty sharp arguing before, but have got much more precise after watching legal news/trials and consuming legal content. Commercial law is bit different, but background knowledge in criminal helps.

Oh what a headache! It might be best to avoid those words. But then again those words are what makes it quite enticing. It is very difficult to deal with when there is such a major power imbalance. Power to you. And i definitely think the Adult Bank is a smashing idea. I'd invest :)

aww thank you :) They were involved from the start of the appeal process in looking through my response, but it wasn't until I made it clear to OF that I was will to take legal action and outline what case we would have that they actually cared enough to rethink their stance on the matter
