So I was like I’m under valuing myself and raise prices to 50$ for 10 min no 💦 and im doing way less in customs and fans are telling me they can only afford 20$ and it sucks passing it up because I need money lol. Definitely make some good points ! Here are some counter arguments I do have.. Chatters don’t switch between accounts all day, for the most part , can’t speak for all agencies but when We have a chatter on a account they will be only on that account during their shift , there are 4 chatters per day per account 6 hour shifts each, and chatters are worth much much more than $4/hour, I recently took on a creator who worked OF as hard as she was able to, for 4 years total, with an average monthly salary of $4.5k , with the resources we provided her we got her to 35k in the first month with us, 50% of 35k is a whole lot more than 100% of 4.5k , add in the time saved for the creator, this is absolutely worth it. Now of course the fact remains this agency MUST be able to make the creator at the very very least, the same & should actually be expected to make their account double at the very least. If they cannot then the 50% is absolutely not justified, most girls are making 1-4k / month. 50% of 30k is a whole lot more than 100% of 1-4k! There’s a lot more things imo that you definitely aren’t touching on. Running a script on a fan and making $250 in a hour from them , on multiple fans per day, these are things that most solo creators are not doing, which will absolutely make them more money, I believe you are genuinely a outstanding outlier because 30-60k / mo is outstanding! A management coming in for 50% when you are already at this point would absolutely be not okay , although when speaking about creators at beginner level #’s , EX: not making a full time wage , 50% of the account and then taking them to 30k/mo is absolutely worth it in every way shape form and angle in my opinion 👍

These agencies are scamming girls. 50% when you have to pay up to 33% for taxes. Not even supermodels paid this much. More like 10%.
