Hello Tankmen. I visited the event on saturday. Unfortunately this tank did not run on the afternoon. The worked on it. A short test run showed massive ignition timing probs. I hope they can fix the problem for sunday. Good luck!
C'est mamie qui conduit ? par ex au début il aurait pu bloquer la chenille gauche et tourner d'un seul coup avec un peu de régime.. quel manque de spectacle de bruit et de fumée, C'EST UN CHAR !!!... c'est quoi ce pilote ? je veux bien admettre que ce soit un char de collection mais tout de même c'est quand même robuste, et la démo?, dans la boue en plus dons pas d'usure des chenilles ? heureusement qu'a l'époque ils étaient mieux exploités !

This tank had an engine problem in deed. As i was in place at saturday afternoon they worked on it intensively. A short static test run at 2:30pm resulted in massive missfire, exhaust bangs and flames. I hope they can fix this for sunday.
@@RadfahrerProductions Thanks for the info. They were busy indeed, heared a big bang, didn't know that was a misfire and the problem. Hope they will fix it. 😭
@@TheMrXtreme25 maybe a constructional intended problem. Many of these war products got built-in problems, which never been completely solved. Cause the war was over someday. Who knows?
Historical artifacts should not be subjected to excessive mud / rough terrain because there is major risk of technical damage that will be difficult (and costly) to repair.
I doubt everything on the inside is original, it probably has had a lot of replacement parts and tweaks/fixes. The fact that people out there go and do stuff like this, creating living history is priceless.

Just a guess but maybe fall camo? this forrest turns orange end of september to. Would fitt a lot better then.
What a shame, I was having a struggle with making good combustion, That engine is not tuned at all at that point, That engine flies while fine

i have seen this tank today but not driving, the backfiring and smoking engine is probably why.

I saw this tank in Normandy 4 years back, also with simular engine failure.
