Heck I got a snark and just bought this. I guess since I never owned one I like the look of the snark. I feel like one of the upper respectable part of the community now.
Great review thanks.I just ordered mine before watching so didn't use your link but I'll recommend it to my friends .Good to hear I made the right choice Cheers
Any reason not to use it on a classical guitar? (I was surprised you didn't mention it) Also, it can be used in the dark... But how easily is it to view it in a sunny day's sunlight? (I've seen one person complain about this tuner in that regard online) Btw, the old version of this tuner included a metronome, whereas this one doesn't. Granted, it was a light-based metronome and not sound beeping metronome, I think... but still useful for beginners and for practice overall. Yes, I know there's a metronome built-into google and about a 1,000 apps for it too, but it was a nice addition and I'm not quite sure why they have removed it from this newer version. The older version couldn't rotate the display 4 ways though, which imho is a better feature)
Lol I’ve never owned a tuner decades playing shows . I’ve had people wonder how I got by and say things like I’m gonna be in a bind But I just never got into one. I’ve had more of a need for a metronome for the damn drummer than I have had for a tuner . But Within the last few years finally got about every headstock tuner that’s out there. I usually leave them on and the battery dies. I’m so used to not having them I still don’t look at them. But this tuner here is what I prefer. I had the tc poly but I gave that to the guy that said I should get a tuner all the time
Hope you enjoy them! That's true, but built-in battery also means if the battery ever dies, you need to replace the tuner... The battery on that one should hopefully last for 1-2years :)
Hey :) I don't have a 8 strings guitar to try but I don't see why not, as this is a chromatic tuner and works on bass as well (which means it should have no issue picking up low frequencies)
I’ve had one on my dreadnought acoustic and it works well. The battery seems to last for quite a while (Duracell, always!) I agree that it seems to be brittle plastic, so I wouldn’t be taking it on and off, often.

Great review man👍🏽
Im digging the review man!
Thanks for watching Brandon! ;)
Cool review. I just ordered 2 because of your review. I wish it would charge with a USB.

Do you have to have the volume up to use these tuners?
Hi there :) No you don't, it uses the vibration of the guitar body itself, so volume up or down will work either way!
It's little but it's hateful. I like the TC clip polytune better
hi.. they still working for down tuning like F in 8strings guitar?

@@NicoSoro thank you my friend

they are useless during the day outside. You can't see the display.
