    Today we’re going
    to use non-traditional method (Tangzhong) to make super soft bread that stays fresh longer.
    MAIN INGREDIENTS:
    1 egg
    8 g active or instant dry yeast
    20 g brown sugar or white granulated sugar
    180 ml milk
    320 g bread flour or all purpose flour
    5 g sea salt
    30 g room temperature butter
    Sweetened cranberries or sweetened dried fruit of your choice
    Egg wash (made with 1 egg and 1 tbsp milk)
    Ingredients for Tangzhong: (The ratio of water to flour is 5:1)
    100 g water
    20 g flour
