Onboard twin ALCO hauled Bhopal-Khajuraho Mahamana Express - October 2022

Date captured: Saturday, 1st October 2022.
Train: 22163 BPL-KURJ Mahamana Express.
Locomotives: Jhansi WDM-3D twins 11284+11263.
Since ALCO's almost vanished in the past few years due to the rampant electrification, I decided to travel end to end onboard 22163 Bhopal-Khajuraho Mahamana Express which was still running with diesel locos back in October 2022 and it was absolutely worth it. Even though I was reserved in a 2S sitting coach, I gave up my seat and traveled in the jam-packed front SLR coach which was right behind the loco to capture better sounds.
Shortly after my trip, this train started getting electric locomotives for its end to end journey.
Turn-up the volume and enjoy the wonderful journey behind the chugging masters!
