Great video, thank you. If I understand this correctly the process is basically stain, urethane and then stain with a contrast. Do you putbyet another coat of urethane or some clear coat? I noticed you used a matt finish urethane, not gloss? Gloss for the final?

How long do you allow the poly to dry before applying the second color, and does the poly need to be the matte finish?
